Running track and carrier for diagnostic system of carrier rollers on conveyors

The invention relates to idler diagnosis systems on conveyors, comprising a rail system as a track for suitable running gears and the running gear, the rail system being formed from a closed profile or tube. The rail system comprises a multi-part track holder arranged on the belt frame, a fixing rod and a running rail, the track holder being suitable for accommodating the running rail at at least one end by insertion, thus creating a track without cross-section differences. The running gear has at least one two-roller system as a guide and drive system, and at least one chassis that accommodates and connects the two roller systems and has connection options for sensor-system carriers and/or energy control module. The guide system encloses the track so only one movement (forwards/backwards) along the track is provided. The drive system moves the chassis and all the connected systems with respect to the track.

A sealing system (130) seals the outer mezzanine (42) relative to the exterior of the spiral stack, and a seal system (132) seals the outer mezzanine relative to the walls (56, 58) of the housing, thereby to limit the leakage of the processing fluid between the mezzanines and the spiral stack (26) and housing walls so that as much as the thermal processing medium is possible is forced through the spiral stack for processing work products carried on the conveyor system (22).

According to an embodiment, a conveyance apparatus includes an upstream-side conveyance portion and a downstream-side conveyance portion. The upstream-side conveyance portion is configured to convey a test object from a conveyance direction deviating with respect to a conveyance direction of a conveyance path of a radiation inspection apparatus to the conveyance path. The radiation inspection apparatus is configured to irradiate the test object with radiation to inspect the test object. The downstream-side conveyance portion is configured to convey the test object from the conveyance path in a conveyance direction deviating with respect to the conveyance direction of the conveyance path. The upstream-side conveyance portion and the downstream-side conveyance portion respectively include a shielding section that is on an extension line of the conveyance direction of the conveyance path and is configured to block the radiation.

CONVEYANCE APPARATUS AND RADIATION INSPECTION SYSTEM

According to an embodiment, a conveyance apparatus includes an upstream-side conveyance portion and a downstream-side conveyance portion. The upstream-side conveyance portion is configured to convey a test object from a conveyance direction deviating with respect to a conveyance direction of a conveyance path of a radiation inspection apparatus to the conveyance path. The radiation inspection apparatus is configured to irradiate the test object with radiation to inspect the test object. The downstream-side conveyance portion is configured to convey the test object from the conveyance path in a conveyance direction deviating with respect to the conveyance direction of the conveyance path. The upstream-side conveyance portion and the downstream-side conveyance portion respectively include a shielding section that is on an extension line of the conveyance direction of the conveyance path and is configured to block the radiation.

The invention relates to a rail system as a track for suitable running gears and also to the running gear for a carrier roller diagnostic system, wherein the rail system is formed from a closed profile or tube. The rail system according to the invention comprises at least one running rail (2), a multi-part track holder (1) and a holding element (14) which is arranged with a first region (A) in a running rail support (13) of the track holder (1) and is arranged with a second region (B) in the running rail (2) when the running rail (2) and the running rail support (13) are connected to one another in the longitudinal direction, wherein the second region (B) of the holding element (14) is arranged in a passage opening (21) of the running rail (2) or projects through it. The running gear (3) according to the invention has at least one two-roller system as a guide and drive system, and at least one chassis which receives and connects both roller systems, has connection options for sensor system carriers and/or the energy control module. The guide system is formed such that it surrounds the geometry of the track in such a way that it limits the kinematic degrees of freedom to one and, if necessary, omits the holding of the track. Thus, only one movement (forward/back) along the track is provided. The drive system is designed to move the chassis and all connected systems relative to the track.
