The apparatus comprises a beam and an arm with means for lifting a component, the arm being mounted to the beam via a connecting unit and so as to be pivotable in a horizontal plane, wherein the connecting unit is displaceable along the beam, and wherein the arm is displaceable perpendicularly to the beam, and wherein a load accommodation means is provided on the pivotable arm.

A network connected servicing vehicle can include a communications component through which the vehicle: negotiate one or more service agreement for servicing a serviced vehicle; receives a location of the serviced vehicle to which the servicing vehicle travels to perform the servicing of the serviced vehicle; authenticates the presence of the servicing vehicle when proximate to the serviced vehicle; and receives one or more instructions for the servicing of the serviced vehicle at the location of the serviced vehicle. Methods can include arranging for a performance of a service on a first vehicle according to a service agreement; providing one or more instructions relating to the service to a second vehicle; and receiving a confirmation of performance of at least one aspect of the service at the location of the first vehicle.

A movable lifting bracket relates to a field of lifting bracket and includes bearing frames, a main frame, and a mobile frame arranged on a lower portion of the main frame. Universal wheels and directional wheels are arranged on a lower portion of the movable frame. Adjusting sleeves are arranged on upper ends of the movable frame. The disclosure provides a battery swap platform, a battery swap station, and a battery swap method. The battery swap platform includes: a parking mechanism configured to park a vehicle; an accommodating mechanism, which is arranged below the vehicle parked on the parking mechanism, and which has an opening; an opening and closing mechanism configured to open or close the opening of the accommodating mechanism; and a battery mounting/dismounting mechanism arranged in the accommodating mechanism and capable of being lifted or lowered relative to the accommodating mechanism, wherein when the opening and closing mechanism opens the opening of the accommodating mechanism, the battery mounting/dismounting mechanism can be lifted relative to the accommodating mechanism to extend out of the accommodating mechanism through the opening, and perform a battery mounting/dismounting operation for the vehicle. The battery swap platform, the battery swap station, and the battery swap method provided in the embodiments of the disclosure can improve the safety of a vehicle battery swap operation, reduce the time consumed for the vehicle battery swap operation, and improve the battery swap experience of a vehicle owner.

Systems, methods and apparatus for automated vehicle wheel removal and replacement are provided. One system includes a computer system with applications for scheduling the replacement of tires for the vehicle. An electronically controlled lift device and robotic apparatus is configured for interaction with the computer system. The lift device mechanically adjusts arms for placement on lift points of vehicles. The robotic apparatus detects positioning of lug nut configuration for a wheel, removes lug nuts, and then removes the wheel from the wheel hub with gripping arms. The wheel and tire are then handed off to a separate tire changing machine. When a new tire is replaced the robotic apparatus then mounts the wheel to the original wheel hub, and then secures the lug nuts to the lug nut bolts.

The apparatus may include a lifting arm including a lifting platform couplable to a lifting support and one or more stabilizing linkages couplable to the lifting arm bracket, the lifting arm, and the lifting support. The lifting platform may engage an underside of a vehicle top and maintain an orientation substantially parallel to a ground surface as the lifting arm rotates about an axis through the lifting arm bracket.
