A movable storage system provides a repositionable storage location for livestock tack, including saddles and blankets. The system is particularly well suited for horse trailers and other types of transport trailers. The system includes a pivotably movable upright panel or wall that is fitted with horizontal storage arms or shelves for supporting various equipment and tack. The system can be repositioned at different angular positions relative to the upright stationary walls of the trailer, as desired. The system includes hinges coupling one side of the storage system to the trailer to provide a vertical pivot axis about which the system is pivotable. Latches are provided to secure the system at a desired angular position within the trailer. Storage compartments and gates may be included with the storage system.

A combination saddle carrier and storage bin comprising a substantially rectangular box including a lower base portion, and a proximal arched front panel and a symmetrical distal arched back panel, and having symmetrical rectangular side panels which fan upward and away from said lower base portion at about 95 degrees to about 115 degrees with respect to the base portion; and an uppermost saddle-support rail connecting the uppermost regions of said front and back panels, wherein said rail comprises a central groove along which slide adjustable generally triangular-shaped cantle and pommel support pieces, said pieces being temporarily fixable via sex bolts removably inserted into holes equally spaced horizontally along said rail.

A sling assembly to assist one to manually carry a saddle is provided. In one embodiment, the sling assembly includes an elongated shoulder strap portion and an elongated gullet supporting portion. The gullet supporting portion is positionable along and within an elongated gullet channel defined in an underside of the saddle. The elongated shoulder strap may be coupled at one end to an end portion of the gullet supporting portion so that the shoulder strap portion and the gullet supporting portion are coupled together in a continuous loop. With this arrangement, the sling assembly may support the saddle in a suspended position along one's side such that the shoulder strap portion is placed over one's shoulder with the gullet supporting portion positioned along an underside of the saddle within and along the gullet channel defined therein.

A sling assembly to assist one to manually carry a saddle is provided. In one embodiment, the sling assembly includes an elongated shoulder strap portion and an elongated gullet supporting portion. The gullet supporting portion is positionable along and within an elongated gullet channel defined in an underside of the saddle. The elongated shoulder strap may be coupled at one end to an end portion of the gullet supporting portion so that the shoulder strap portion and the gullet supporting portion are coupled together in a continuous loop. With this arrangement, the sling assembly may support the saddle in a suspended position along one's side such that the shoulder strap portion is placed over one's shoulder with the gullet supporting portion positioned along an underside of the saddle within and along the gullet channel defined therein.

A portable saddle rack is provided for improved mobility, set up, storage and transportation features in order to efficiently anchor, receive, secure, and transport saddles, blankets and bridles of many types in a multitude of environments and destinations. The saddle rack preferably includes a bridal hook, a saddle support, a blanket support and adjustable blanket tensioner, and a plurality of hooks configured to removeably latch onto a horizontal structure such as a horse trailer. Embodiments also preferably include a retention line operatively connected to a vertical retention member, where the retention line is adapted to enwrap a portion of a saddle horn when placed upon the saddle rack.

A portable saddle rack is provided for improved mobility, set up, storage and transportation features in order to efficiently anchor, receive, secure, and transport saddles, blankets and bridles of many types in a multitude of environments and destinations. The saddle rack preferably includes a bridal hook, a saddle support, a blanket support and adjustable blanket tensioner, and a plurality of hooks configured to removeably latch onto a horizontal structure such as a horse trailer. Embodiments also preferably include a retention line operatively connected to a vertical retention member, where the retention line is adapted to enwrap a portion of a saddle horn when placed upon the saddle rack.

A collapsible, mobile, tack cart capable of storing a saddle, saddle pads, cinches, bedding bail, boots, blankets, buckets, shampoo, brushes, hoof picks and the like.
