LITHIUM RECOVERY FROM LIQUID STREAMS
Methods and systems directed to recovery of lithium (e.g., lithium salts) from liquid streams are provided. In some embodiments, methods relate to obtaining lithium (e.g., as a solid lithium salt) by removing at least a portion of liquid from a feed stream to form a concentrated stream with respect to solubilized lithium cations. Liquid removal may include transporting at least a portion of the feed stream to an osmotic unit and/or a humidifier. Some methods include removing impurities (e.g., non-lithium cations) from the concentrated stream (e.g., via precipitation and/or crystallization). In some embodiments, solutions containing solubilized lithium cations and anions are electrochemically-treated such that first solubilized anions are replaced with second, different anions. In some embodiments, solid lithium salt containing at least a portion of the lithium cations and the second anions is obtained (e.g., via precipitation and/or crystallization following concentration of the electrochemically-treated solution in a humidifier).

The present invention relates to a nitrogen-doped sulfide-based solid electrolyte for all-solid batteries. The a nitrogen-doped sulfide-based solid electrolyte for all-solid batteries includes a compound with an argyrodite-type crystal structure represented by the following Formula 1:
Li.sub.aPS.sub.bN.sub.cX.sub.d [Formula 1] wherein 6≤a≤7, 3≤b≤6, 0≤c≤1, 0≤d≤2, and each X is the same or different halogen atom selected from the group consisting of chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), and iodine (I).
Nitrogen-doped sulfide-based solid electrolyte for all-solid batteries
The present invention relates to a nitrogen-doped sulfide-based solid electrolyte for all-solid batteries. The a nitrogen-doped sulfide-based solid electrolyte for all-solid batteries includes a compound with an argyrodite-type crystal structure represented by the following Formula 1:
Li.sub.aPS.sub.bN.sub.cX.sub.d [Formula 1] wherein 6≤a≤7, 3≤b≤6, 0≤c≤1, 0≤d≤2, and each X is the same or different halogen atom selected from the group consisting of chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), and iodine (I).
LITHIUM-IRON-PHOSPHORUS-SULFUR-CARBON COMPOSITE BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A composite containing phosphorus, lithium, iron, sulfur, and carbon as constituent elements wherein lithium sulfide (Li.sub.2S) is present in an amount of 90 mol % or more, and wherein the crystallite size calculated from the half-width of a diffraction peak based on the (111) plane of Li.sub.2S as determined by X-ray powder diffraction measurement is 80 nm or less. The composite exhibits a high capacity (in particular, a high discharge capacity) useful as an electrode active material for a lithium-ion secondary battery (in particular, a cathode active material for a lithium-ion secondary battery), without the need for stepwise pre-cycling treatment.
Luminescent component
Described are luminescent components with excellent performance and stability. The luminescent components comprise a first element including first luminescent crystals from the class of perovskite crystals, embedded a first polymer P1 and a second element comprising a second solid polymer composition, said second polymer composition optionally comprising second luminescent crystals embedded in a second polymer P2. Polymers P1 and P2 differ and are further specified in the claims. Also described are methods for manufacturing such components and devices comprising such components.

Method for producing an adsorbent material and method for extracting lithium from saline solutions using the material
The present invention relates to the field of solid materials for the adsorption of lithium. In particular, the present invention relates to a new method for the preparation of a crystallized and shaped solid material, preferably in extruded form, of the formula (LiCl).sub.x.2Al(OH).sub.3,nH.sub.2O, wherein n is between 0.01 and 10, x is between 0.4 and 1, wherein it comprises a step a) of precipitation of boehmite under specific temperature and pH conditions, a step of bringing into contact the precipitate obtained with LiCl, at least one acid extrusion-kneading shaping step, wherein the method also comprises a final hydrothermal treatment step, all of which makes it possible to increase the lithium adsorption capacity, the adsorption kinetics, as well as the lithium/boron selectivity of the materials obtained with respect to the materials of the prior art, when it is used in a lithium extraction method of saline solutions.

NEW LITHIUM-SODIUM SEPARATION METHOD
Disclosed is a new continuous lithium-sodium separation method. A lithium-sodium separation mother solution, a first leacheate, a desorption solution, a second leacheate and a lithium-sodium separation adsorption tail solution respectively pass through a lithium-sodium separation mother solution feeding pipe (2), a first leacheate feeding pipe (3), a desorption solution feeding pipe (4), a second leacheate feeding pipe (5) and an adsorption tail solution top desorption solution feeding pipe (6) that are located above and below a rotary disc of a multi-way change-over valve system (1), respectively enter corresponding resin columns (7) by means of pore channels and channels in the multi-way change-over valve system (1), and then are discharged from an adsorption tail solution discharging pipe (8), a first leacheate discharging pipe (9), a qualified liquid discharging pipe (10), a second leacheate discharging pipe (11) and an adsorption tail solution top desorption solution discharging pipe (12), so as to complete the whole technological process, wherein the resin columns (7) are connected in series or in parallel by means of the channels located in the multi-way change-over valve system (1). The method is simple and easy to operate, the resin utilization rate is improved by 20% or more, the efficiency is improved by 40% or more, and the production cost can be reduced by 30-50%. The production reliability is improved, and all-year continuous operation can be realized.
