The antibacterial liquid includes an antibacterial microparticle, a binder, and a solvent, in which the antibacterial microparticle contains a silver-supporting inorganic oxide, the binder includes at least one compound having a siloxane bond, the solvent includes an alcohol and water, the concentration of solid contents is less than 5% by mass with respect to the total mass of the antibacterial liquid, and the content of the compound having a siloxane bond is 60% by mass or more with respect to the total solid content of the antibacterial liquid.

ANTI-FOULING SILICONE COMPOSITE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING PREVENTION OF GRAFFITI BY USING THE SAME
An anti-fouling silicone composite sheet includes a substrate layer, and a silicone adhesive layer stacked on one surface of the substrate layer, and has a hardness of 5 or less measured with an Asker C hardness tester and an adhesive force of 5 N/25 mm or more with respect to a mortar test piece, in which a surface of the substrate layer which is located on a side opposite to the surface where the silicone adhesive layer is stacked is a surface anti-fouling-treated with a silicone hard coating agent containing a fluorine-containing silicone compound. An anti-fouling silicone composite sheet is capable of exhibiting anti-fouling performance and washability stably for a long period, easily attachable to an adherend, and followable even to cracking and shifting on the application surface; and a method for preventing graffiti by using the anti-fouling silicone composite sheet.
SILICON OLIGOMER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
An object of the present invention is to provide a silicon oligomer having a novel function that has not been achieved by a conventional condensation product of water and a tetraalkoxysilane. Provided are a silicon oligomer represented by the following formula (I) and a production method therefor:

Water/oil-repellent treatment agent having heat resistance, method of preparation, and treated article
A water/oil repellent treatment agent which includes a specific polymer-modified silane having a fluorooxyalkylene structure on the main chain and a hydrolyzable group at the end of the molecular chain, and/or a partial (co)hydrolyzate/condensate thereof, has a percent weight loss following one hour of exposure at 250° C. of 10% or less. The treatment forms a layer having excellent water and oil repellency, scuff resistance and mold release properties even when heated to 250° C. or more.
