The present invention provides an adhesive application device configured to apply a necessary and sufficient amount of an adhesive to a thin steel strip without causing the problem of increase in the equipment cost. The present invention also provides an apparatus for producing a laminated steel core having the adhesive application device. The present invention further provides a method for producing a laminated steel core. The adhesive application device comprises adhesive application devices (3), (4) that are integrated into a single process, wherein the adhesive application devices (3), (4) are configured to independently apply an adhesive to different locations on the same surface of a thin steel strip (2) at the same or different timings.
Adhesive, Bonded Body, and Method for Producing Press-Bonded Body
An embodiment of the present invention relates to an adhesive, a bonded body or a method for producing a press-bonded body. The adhesive includes a fluoroelastomer and is for bonding base materials in the presence of carbon dioxide in a liquid state, a gas-liquid mixture state, or a nearly liquid state. The bonded body is such that two or more base materials are bonded to each other with the adhesive. The method for producing a press-bonded body includes a step 1 in which two or more base materials are press-bonded in the presence of the adhesive including a fluoroelastomer and carbon dioxide in a liquid state, a gas-liquid mixture state, or a nearly liquid state.
APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING SEMICONDUCTOR CHIP AND METHOD FOR SEPARATING SEMICONDUCTOR BY USING SAME
Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for separating a semiconductor chip disposed on a base member via an adhesive member from the base member. The method includes: a step of providing a push member on a side of the base member opposite to a side on which the semiconductor chip is disposed and moving the push member in a direction adjacent to the semiconductor chip; and a step of separating the semiconductor chip, moved together with the push member, from the base member through a pick-up unit. The adhesive member and the push member are each magnetized such that repulsive forces act on each other.

A method for rapidly repairing a road surface includes: forming a base layer reinforcing material by low-shrinkage unsaturated polyester resin, diluent, expansion agent, accelerator, and polymerization inhibitor, adding a curing agent and pouring into a base layer at a damaged part of the road surface until infiltration is stopped; laying chopped basalt fiber, forming a surface layer repair material by acrylate monomer, acrylic resin polymer, silane coupling agent, calcium carbonate powder, talc powder, quartz sand, metal hydroxide flame retardant and accelerator, polymerization inhibitor and short cut basalt fiber; adding curing agent to fill the road surface and solidifying. The repairing method can not only play a reinforcing effect on the road base, but also repair the surface layer on the damaged parts such as cracks on road surface, so as to realize the dual functions of the base layer reinforcement and the surface layer repair.

An adhesive coating composition according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of polyethylene acrylate including a repeating unit represented by a following formula (1) and a repeating unit represented by a following formula (2), and 3 to 25 parts by weight of inorganic particles, wherein the polyethylene acrylate contains 75 to 95% by weight of the repeating unit represented by the following formula (1), and 5 to 25% by weight of the repeating unit represented by the following formula (2).

An adhesive coating composition according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of polyethylene acrylate including a repeating unit represented by a following formula (1) and a repeating unit represented by a following formula (2), and 3 to 25 parts by weight of inorganic particles, wherein the polyethylene acrylate contains 75 to 95% by weight of the repeating unit represented by the following formula (1), and 5 to 25% by weight of the repeating unit represented by the following formula (2).

Provided is a sealant sheet that is handled as a laminate with a release liner and can be cured by photoirradiation through the release liner. The release-linered sealant sheet has a photo-curable sealant: sheet, and a release liner placed on at least one face of the sealant sheet. The release liner has a light transmittance of 20% or higher in the wavelength range from 350 nm to 450 non.
