HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Provided are a high-strength steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet. The high-strength steel sheet has a specified chemical composition with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, a microstructure including, in terms of area ratio, 25% or less of a ferrite phase, 75% or more of a bainite phase and/or a martensite phase, and 5% or less of cementite, in which, in a surface layer that is a region within 50 μm from the surface in the thickness direction, the area ratio of a ferrite phase is 5% to 20%, and a tensile strength is 1180 MPa or more.

ENHANCED CLEANING FOR WATER-SOLUBLE FLUX SOLDERING
An approach to provide an electronic assembly process that includes receiving at least one electronic assembly after a solder reflow process using a Sn-containing solder and a water-soluble flux. The approach includes baking the at least one electronic assembly in an oxygen containing environment and, then cleaning the at least one electronic assembly in an aqueous cleaning process.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DIAPHRAGM FOR AN ULTRASONIC SENSOR, AND DIAPHRAGM FOR AN ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCER
A method for producing a diaphragm for an ultrasonic sensor. In the method, a diaphragm body made of metal material is first provided. Next, an external surface region of the diaphragm body is degreased. The external surface region of the diaphragm body is then pickled. To pre-activate the subsequently applied second passivation layer, a first passivation layer is also deposited on the external surface region as a first layer.
Method of Chemically Cleaning Pipework Systems
A process for chemical cleaning and corrosion inhibition of pipework, typically in closed loop systems, that avoids or significantly minimises the requirement for wastewater discharge where the system is first acidified using a mixture of cleaning agents capable of dissolving metal oxides. The method then precipitates any dissolved contaminants and separates the precipitate from the carrying fluid. Further elements of a combined corrosion inhibitor package are then added to any cleaning agent ions that remain in solution to develop a fully functional corrosion inhibition package to protect the metals of the system.
Copper nanowire grown shape-memory-alloy, artificial muscle including the same, and manufacturing method thereof
An exemplary embodiment relates to improving a driving speed of a shape-memory-alloy applied as an artificial muscle, and to improving heat conduction and thermal convection by growing copper nanowires on the surface of the shape-memory-alloy to improve a natural cooling rate and a driving speed of the shape-memory-alloy.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING PLATE, PLATE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLATE
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, an electronic device may comprise a housing including a front plate and a rear plate and a display. At least one of the front plate or the rear plate may include a plate exposed to an outside. The plate may include a metal member including a first metal and an oxide layer formed on at least one surface of the metal member. The metal member may comprise a first portion including irregularities formed by at least one second metal included in a first solution, the at least one second metal being substituted for the a portion of the metal member, the at least one second metal being removed from the metal member by the first solution and a flat second portion etched by the first solution.
Use of a Q and P steel for producing a shaped component for high-wear applications
The invention relates to the use of a Q&P steel for production of a formed component (2) for high-wear applications, wherein the Q&P steel has a hardness of at least 230 HB, especially at least 300 HB, preferably at least 370 HB, and a bending angle α of at least 60°, especially at least 75°, preferably at least 85°, determined to VDA238-100, and/or a bending ratio of r/t<2.5, especially r/t<2.0, preferably r/t<1.5, where t corresponds to the material thickness of the steel and r to the (inner) bending radius of the steel.
