Apparatus for making nonwoven fabric from fibers
An apparatus for making a nonwoven fabric from thermoplastic fibers has a spinneret for spinning fibers into continuous filaments and a cooler for cooling the filaments. The cooled filaments are then deposited on a conveyor to form a nonwoven web. A first consolidator surface treats the nonwoven web with a hot fluid or hot air as it is conveyed on the conveyor. A second consolidating downstream of the first consolidator has a dual-belt furnace in which the nonwoven web is passed between two circulating belts or continuous belts for surface treating the nonwoven web with a hot fluid or hot air and for applying surface pressure can be applied to the nonwoven web at the same time.

The present disclosure relates to a nozzle block applied to an electrospinning device, which includes a radiation nozzle having a hollow radiation needle for discharging a spinning solution to the outside; a means of piercing having a diameter smaller than that of the radiation needle, at least one of which is coaxially disposed inside the radiation needle; and a reciprocating mechanism for reciprocating the means of piercing and the radiation needle relative to each other, thereby preventing the solution from being solidified at the tip of the radiation nozzle or the radiation nozzle from being blocked by external contaminants even if the electrospinning process is temporarily interrupted in the middle.
Melt spinning device
A melt spinning device for producing synthetic threads includes at least a spinneret apparatus, a cooling apparatus, a processing apparatus and a winding apparatus. An automatic operating device is provided for carrying out at least one operator action. The automatic operating device has at least one movable robotic arm, which can be coupled selectively to one of a plurality of exchangeable tools in order to selectively carry out a plurality of operator actions during a start-up and/or during a maintenance interval and/or during thread production. Thus, a high level of flexibility in the automated operation of the melt spinning device is ensured.
Electrospinning apparatus and systems and methods thereof
A portable, hand-held electrospinning or electrospraying apparatus and system, method, and portions thereof, comprised of a durable portion of the hand-held apparatus and a consumable portion of the hand-held apparatus. The consumable portion of the hand-held apparatus, which may contain the solution to be output in electrospin or electrospray fashion, may be replaced in whole or in part to provide additional or alternative solution. A base station may be provided, and can output high voltage and communication signals to the hand-held apparatus to enable the electrospin or electrospray operation by the hand-held apparatus.

Draw device
The present invention relates to a device and to a method for producing a texturized filament or yarn, wherein at least one filament is guided into a draw device, is guided there by a pair of intake rollers towards at least two pairs of drafting system rollers and drawn by the same, downstream of which is disposed a texturizing device with a cooling drum. Downstream the texturizing device with the cooling drum is disposed at least one cooled drafting system roller, by which the filament, respectively the yarn is cooled to a temperature of 0° C. to 50° C.

Techniques monitor machinery for the production or treatment of synthetic fibers. Such techniques involve constant generation and recording of system messages of machine components and control components. Such techniques further involve continuous storage of the system messages as log data in a log memory. Such techniques further involve readout, preprocessing and analysis of the log data with the aid of algorithms based on statistical procedures and machine learning methods in order to identify frequent sequences of system messages and/or an anomaly.
Spinning pack for manufacturing high strength yarn, and yarn manufacturing apparatus and method
One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a spinning pack, a yarn manufacturing apparatus including the spinning pack, a yarn manufacturing method using the yarn manufacturing apparatus, and yarn manufactured by the manufacturing method. The spinning pack includes a spinneret having a nozzle unit, a heating unit for heating the nozzle unit, a pack body surrounding at least a part of the spinneret, and a spinning block surrounding the pack body, wherein the spinneret includes a first surface which defines a storage space while facing at least one surface of the spinning block, and a second surface facing the first surface, wherein the nozzle unit includes a plurality of discharge holes and protrudes from the second surface; and wherein the heating unit is disposed at the outer side of the nozzle unit.
Method and apparatus for making a nonwoven from continuous filaments
An apparatus for making nonwoven from continuous filaments has a spinner for spinning the filaments, a cooler for cooling the spun filaments, and a mesh belt that moves in a generally horizontal travel direction and that passes through a deposition location where the spun and cooled filaments are deposited on the mesh belt to form thereon a nonwoven web. A nose roller defines a deflection zone over which the mesh belt is deflected from its travel direction downstream of the deposition location. At least one lift roller above the mesh belt downstream of the deposition location separates the nonwoven web from the mesh belt at a separation location at a first spacing upstream from the deflection zone of the nose roller. A treatment device for the nonwoven web is provided downstream of the mesh belt in the travel direction and receiving the nonwoven web from the lift roller.
TEXTILE RECYCLING
A textile recycling method receives textile-waste-to-be-recycled, sorts the waste to isolate cellulose-containing articles from non-cellulose-containing articles, and re-sizes at least some of the cellulose-containing articles to create feedstock. The feedstock is processed in a cellulose solvent reactor, which has at least one ionic liquid. The ionic liquid dissolves intermolecular cellulose bonds of the feedstock to create a spinning dope. Cellulose fibers dissolved in the cellulose-bearing spinning dope solution are extruded in a cellulose coagulation bath reservoir to reconstitute at least some of the cellulose fibers, and the reconstituted fibers are wet-spun to form a continuous cellulose thread that is commercially indistinguishable from virgin fiber thread. Synthetic fiber material is vacuum-extracted or mechanically extracted from the cellulose-bearing solution and recycled into a continuous synthetic thread. Original color of textile-waste-to-be-recycled can be retained or removed, and new color can be added.
