SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUSES FOR REMOVING THREAD FROM A SEWN SEAM
The present set of embodiments relate to systems, methods, and apparatuses for sewing and quilting. More specifically, the present disclosure includes embodiments for seam removal from fabric(s) including cutting and removing threads in stitching. The systems, methods, and apparatuses include increasing efficiency of stitch removal by allowing a thread cutter and thread removal tool to be combined in a single tool that can actuate between a first position and a second position allowing for easy storage and customization of the in-use configuration of the tool to each individual sewer or quilter. Additionally, the present set of embodiments creates a tool that can be stored easily when not in use.

Ergonomic seam ripper
An ergonomic seam ripper includes: (a) an elongated haft with a bulged profile having a larger cross-section about its medial portion than cross-section at a palm end of the haft, the cross-section about the medial portion of the haft also being larger than a cross-section at a thumb grip end of the haft, wherein the palm end of the haft has an outer surface of generally planar structure and the haft is further characterized by a mounting portion at the thumb grip end of the haft; (b) a gripping member secured to the mounting portion of the haft made of a resilient rubbery material with a plurality of gripping ribs extending thereabout, wherein the gripping ribs are spread relatively close together at an upper portion thereof and relatively further apart at a lower portion thereof; and (c) a U-shaped cutting blade with a tapered projection and balled projection, as well as a shaft, wherein the shaft of the blade is secured to the haft such that the tapered projection is aligned with the upper portion of the gripping member and the balled projection is aligned with the lower portion of the gripping member.

DEVICE FOR DELIVERING GASES CONTAINED THEREIN FOR EXTINGUISHING FIRE IN AN ENCLOSED SPACE
Device for delivering gases for extinguishing fire in an enclosed space. The device comes in a spherical shape, the top and bottom of which respectively have an entry hatch. Each entry hatch is held in place by four keyed cam locks. The device includes spiral bevel gears, a stationary ring and four pinions. Each pinion is responsible for containing/releasing the gases stored therein. Each pinion connects to a cylinder that connects to a cone having slits that allow the gasses to travel in different directions. The device is pitched from outside into the enclosed space or burning room. The device allows first responders with either a timed extension to rescue trapped individuals/things or potentially extinguish a burning room. The device withstands structure fires without becoming damaged. The gases contained inside the device are safe to use in areas populated by humans and are both effective and safe for inhalation.

Stitch ripping assembly
A stitch ripping assembly for hands free stitch ripping includes a base that is positionable on a support surface. The base is rounded and is elongated along a longitudinal axis such that the base has an ovoid shape. Additionally, the base has a prominence extending upwardly therefrom. A gripping pad is coupled to the base and the gripping pad is comprised of an adhesive material to inhibit the base from sliding on the support surface. A stitch ripper is pivotally coupled to the base. The stitch ripper is positionable to extend upwardly from the base at a plurality of angles. In this way the stitch ripper can rip stitches without being held by a user.
