TREATING A FIBROUS MATERIAL FOR PRINTING
An apparatus and method for treating a sheet fibrous material to be printed with ink. The apparatus includes a conveyor belt movable along a closed path including an operative section defining a plurality of bends, an inlet station that receives the sheet fibrous material and adheres a first side of the material to an exposed surface of the conveyor belt, a drying station placed at the operative section and configured to at least partially dry the sheet fibrous material, and an applicator for applying a wet treatment agent to the material prior to drying.
Device for spreading yarn on a conveyor structure
Disclosed is a device for spreading at least one yarn on a conveyor structure, the device including a rotating structure operated by a motor and having at least one point for supplying yarn in the region of the axis of rotation of the rotating structure. The device also includes a channel directed inside the rotating structure, radially in relation to the axis of rotation of the rotating structure, and opening out in the region of an orifice for outputting the yarn which is radially offset in relation to the axis of rotation of the rotating structure. The device further includes a spreader plate which is axially mounted on the rotating structure and comprises the orifice for outputting yarn and is intended to be positioned in the plane and against the surface of the conveyor structure.
Indigo dyeing process and apparatus and indigo dyed yarns and fabrics made thereby
Processes and apparatus are disclosed which substantially eliminate the formation of oxidized indigo dye before and during dye application onto a natural fiber yarn or fabric while allowing the leuco-indigo dye molecule to diffuse fully into the natural fibers of the yarn where it can fix to the fibers prior to oxidation (i.e., exposure of the leuco-dyed yarns to oxygen). Indigo dyed textile products (e.g., dyed cotton yarns that may be twill woven to form a denim fabric) exhibit exceptionally high colorfastness as determined by the AATCC Crock Test.

Reversal mechanism
The present invention is a mechanism that reverses a product placed between a first upper conveyor belt and a second lower conveyor belt. The first one is linked to at least one cylinder on one end, characterized in that the reversal mechanism contains at least one means for clamping the product placed against the first conveyor belt moving on a portion of the periphery of the cylinder.

Automatically color mix dyeing process
An automatic color mix dyeing process includes activating an automatic shaping device to shape an undyed object as a cylinder and tightening same; conveying the undyed object to a dyeing apparatus by means of spraying wherein the dyeing apparatus includes rows of spray devices, dye containers for containing dyes of different colors, each dye container being in fluid communication with the row of spray devices, a pump for moving the dyes in the dye containers to the rows of spray devices, and a control device for controlling the rows of spray devices to control a spray sequence, a spray time, and a spray quantity of dye; conveying the dyed object from the dyeing apparatus to a vapor device for color fixing wherein the dyed object is impregnated with hot vapor to obtain a finished object; cutting the tie ropes; and conveying, washing and drying the finished object.
