Laundry treatment device and method of determining laundry course thereof
A laundry treatment device includes a washing module configured to perform operation related to washing, a camera configured to capture an image of a tag attached to a laundry, and a processor configured to acquire laundry information of a plurality of laundries, to convert the acquired laundry information into encoding data, and to acquire values of laundry control variables corresponding to the converted encoding data based on a laundry course learning model learned using a plurality of reference data through a deep learning algorithm.
Mobile firefighter gear cleaner
A mobile vehicle that is self-contained and equipped to wash firefighter gear at the firefighter's station. The vehicle would be on a dispatched network and be activated after an incident, and for scheduled cleanings on a regular basis; the vehicle having the required equipment to clean all contaminated gear by use of a sonic cleaner, extractors, dryers, and an ozonator. The process includes monitoring the life of the gear and decontaminating the gear in accordance with the gear manufacturer's recommendations. Gear that has been cleaned is reassembled, wrapped, sealed and placed back into a fireman's station, giving the firefighter the assurance that their firefighting gear was cleaned, sanitized, and serviced per the manufacturer's recommendations.
METHOD OF ELIMINATING ODOR
A method of eliminating odor by utilizing a tablet that is formed from sodium carbonate, sodium percarbonate, polyethylene glycol, and linear alkylbenzene sulfonate. The tablet is dissolved within water in order to form a scent neutralizing solution and then applied to an individual's clothing to eliminate the scent of the individual for hunting purposes.
Dispensing treating chemistry in a laundry treating appliance
An appliance and method of operating a laundry treating appliance having a treating chamber for receiving laundry for treatment and a dispensing system having a dispensing pump for dispensing a treating chemistry for use in treating the laundry, the method comprising determining a soil level of laundry in the treating chamber and determining a dispensing parameter based on the determined soil level.
Ozone injection systems
An ozone laundry system that injects ozone into the chemical injection system in order to allow the system to inject ozone as other cleaning chemicals are injected into the washer. This allows ozone to be injected through the wash cycle rather than just during the initial fill phase and additional avoids the expense and maintenance of adding ozone recirculation plumping to an ozone laundry system. Accordingly, ozone levels may be maintained at superior levels throughout the wash cycle.
Laundry treating apparatus
A laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet including a front panel having a detergent opening defined therein; a tub disposed inside the cabinet; a drum rotatably disposed inside the tub; and a detergent storage unit retracting into the cabinet through the detergent opening. A detergent to be supplied to the drum is stored in the detergent storage unit. The front panel has an opening extension portion extending from a periphery of the detergent opening toward an inside of the cabinet. The apparatus further includes a protective casing disposed inside the cabinet and coupled to the opening extension portion. The protective casing surrounds at least a portion of the detergent storage unit retracting into the cabinet through the detergent opening. The protective casing includes an opening protection wall constructed to cover an inner face of the opening extension portion facing toward the detergent opening to protect the opening extension portion.
Household cleaning appliance with a dispensing system operable between a single use dispensing system and a bulk dispensing system
A household cleaning appliance having a rotatable drum located within the interior and defining a treating chamber for receiving an article for treating and a method for operating the household cleaning appliance. The household cleaning appliance includes a dispensing system that includes and can be operated as a non-bulk dispensing system or as a bulk dispensing system in a household cleaning appliance.
MICROBUBBLE TREATMENT AGENT CARTRIDGE ASSEMBLY AND WASHING EQUIPMENT HAVING SAME
A microbubble treatment agent cartridge assembly and washing equipment having the microbubble treatment agent cartridge assembly. The microbubble treatment agent cartridge assembly includes a housing and a treatment agent cartridge accommodated in the housing. The housing is provided with at least one water inlet pipe portion. The at least one water inlet pipe portion is provided internally with at least one stage of diameter-decreasing tapered portion and a microbubble former, and the pipe wall thereof is further provided with an air inlet hole. The air inlet hole is positioned between the at least one stage of diameter-decreasing tapered portion and the microbubble former, and communicates with an air inlet pipe disposed on the housing. The top of the most downstream stage of diameter-decreasing tapered portion is provided with a spray hole. The spray hole enables the water flow flowing through the at least one stage of diameter-decreasing tapered portion.
Washing machine driving device, and washing machine and driving method using same
Provided are an apparatus for and a driving method of driving a washing machine in which a washing tub is rotated by an inertial force in a freewheeling condition or at a low power driving mode, and a pulsator is reversely rotated, in a state where the pulsator and the washing tub are rotated in one direction. When driving the pulsator and the washing tub in the opposite directions, the inner rotor and the outer rotor are driven in a first direction where the washing tub is rotated, to then set the inner rotor to any one of a free-wheeling mode, an intermittent driving mode, and a low power driving mode, to thus rotate the washing tub, and the outer rotor is driven in one direction opposing the first direction to thus reversely rotate the pulsator.
Method of controlling washing machine and washing machine
In order to increase an adsorption rate of softener for laundry, a method of controlling a washing machine according to an embodiment includes performing a first rinsing process based on a first target water level and a first duty ratio of a motor; when a second rinsing process is started, supplying water to an intermediate water level of a fixed tub; additionally supplying water to a second target water level together with the softener; setting a duty ratio of the motor to a second duty ratio higher than the first duty ratio; and driving the motor based on the second duty ratio.
