The washing mechanism provides a pre-rinse cycle, a pre-soak cycle, a rinse cycle and a drip cycle within the enclosure. The apparatus is preferably manually operated with valves but may also be automatically operated with actuators. The apparatus may further include a first inflatable bladder and a second inflatable bladder that squeeze the garments in order to facilitate drying.
