TRACK SWITCH
A track switch includes a turntable section, one or more track sections coupled together to form a single track, and a pair of ramp sections coupled to opposing ends of the single track. One of the track sections is rotationally coupled to the turntable section to allow ramp sections to rotate relative to the turntable section and selectively connect a first railroad track to a second railroad track.

Modular track system for cinematography robot and motion control systems
A modular track and dolly system for cinematography includes a set of detachable, human-portable track sections, each including a unitary rigid frame supporting first and second spaced apart guide rails and having at least at least one connection plate at each longitudinal end of the frame providing a precise joint interface surface for aligning adjacent track sections. The rigid frame may include a pair of longitudinally extending chords connected by perpendicular struts and two or more web members extending at an oblique angle relative to the chords and struts. Each track section may also include a lightweight subframe made up of an assembly of longitudinal members and lateral stringers connected together, with the rigid frame being supported on and attached to the subframe. A dolly for carrying a cinematography robot is guided by the guide rails and may include a motor-driven pinion that engages a rack on the track.
Toy vehicle track system
A toy vehicle track system of the present application includes electrical connections between the track pieces that allow a central hub, referred to herein as a “portal piece,” to communicate with any track pieces included in the track system. In order to ensure that the portal piece can quickly and accurately identify track configurations that are built, the toy vehicle track system implements a communications protocol that supports communications between any two pieces of track. Based on these communications, the portal piece can determine an orientation, a track type, and a position of any track pieces attached, whether directly or indirectly, to the portal piece. The portal piece can then transmit this information to an electronic device executing an application associated with the track system to allow for digital play on a digital version of the track configuration (among other digital play modes).
Traction device
A traction device to engage a track of a tracked vehicle includes spaced apart longitudinal ribs and spaced apart transverse ribs forming a matrix, with at least one longitudinal rib having first gripping elements spaced apart to engage a track of a vehicle having lugs spaced at a first pitch and at least one other longitudinal rib having second gripping elements spaced apart to engage a track of a vehicle having lugs spaced at a second pitch. A number of third gripping elements are arranged across a width of each of the transverse ribs, and the transverse ribs are spaced to engage a track of a vehicle having lugs spaced at a third pitch.

Traction assist device
A traction assist device for mobilizing vehicles stuck in surfaces such as snow and ice includes a panel that has a top face, which is coarse. The panel is flexible, such that the panel is manipulable from an extended configuration into a rolled configuration. A plurality of grasps is coupled to and extends transversely from a bottom face of the panel. The grasps are configured to penetrate into surfaces, such as snow and ice, when the panel is positioned on the surface and a tire of a vehicle is positioned on the top face of the panel. The grasps retain the panel in a fixed position. The top face of the panel is configured to grip the tire, such that traction is supplied of the vehicle.
