GUIDE RAIL BEAM, TRACK BEAM UNIT, AND TRACK BEAM FOR RAIL VEHICLE
A guide rail beam (10), a track beam unit (100), and a track beam (1000) for a rail vehicle (7) are disclosed. The guide rail beam (10) includes a fixing plate (1), a flange plate (2), a web plate (3), and a stiffening rib (5). The fixing plate (1) is disposed on a mounting surface (20). The flange plate (2) is disposed above the fixing plate (1). A road wheel (71) travels on the flange plate (2). An upper end of the web plate (3) is connected with the flange plate (2), and a lower end of the web plate (3) is connected with the fixing plate (1). The web plate (3) is in contact with and be associated with a guide wheel (72) to guide a traveling track of the guide wheel (72). An upper end of the stiffening rib (5) is connected with the flange plate (2), and a lower end of the stiffening rib (5) is connected with the fixing plate (1).

A gate valve including a gate valve door moveable between an open position and a closed position; and a track bridge moveable between a lowered active position, and a raised inactive position. When the track bridge is in the raised position, the gate valve can be moved from the open position to the closed position.

The invention relates to a switch (1) of a transport system for a movable transport element (T), where the switch (1) comprises a main track (3) and a secondary track (4) branching off, where the movable transport element (T) can be guided from a transition region (2), in which the secondary track (4) branches off from the main track (3), optionally along the main track (3) or transferred into the secondary track (4), where one or more linear motor sections (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) are respectively provided at the main track (3) and the secondary track (4) for moving the movable transport element (T), where a normal force is present between the movable transport element (T) and the adjacent linear motor section or the adjacent linear motor sections (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d), characterized in that devices for altering the normal force are provided in the transition region. The invention also relates to a transport system comprising such a switch and a transport element for such a transport system.
SYSTEM FOR CONVERTING EXISTING RAILROAD TRACKS TO TRAILS
A trail mat system having a mat extending between and on top of a pair of railroad track rails; at least one rail clamp section disposed on a bottom side of the mat including a rail cavity for receiving at least a portion of the rails; at least one clamp arm included in the rail clamp section engaging one of the rails; and, a securing fastener operatively associated with the at least one clamp arm to bias the clamp arm against the rail to prevent separation of the mat from the rails; whereby the mat is configured to be placed over and removably secured to the rails to provide a trail surface overtop the rails without removing the rails or other elements of the railroad track.
TRACK BEAM AND TRACK BEAM ASSEMBLY
A track beam includes a main component and a guide component. The main component includes a top plate, a bottom plate, and a web plate. The bottom plate is disposed below the top plate, and the web plate is connected between the top plate and the bottom plate. The guide component includes a guide plate and a connecting structure. The guide plate is disposed between the top plate and the bottom plate. The guide plate includes a planar plate structure extending in a longitudinal direction and is spaced apart from the web plate in a transverse direction. The connecting structure is connected between the main component and the guide plate such that the guide plate is connected to the main component through the connecting structure.

A track beam includes a main component and a guide component. The main component includes a top plate, a bottom plate, and a web plate. The bottom plate is disposed below the top plate, and the web plate is connected between the top plate and the bottom plate. The guide component includes a guide plate and a connecting structure. The guide plate is disposed between the top plate and the bottom plate. The guide plate includes a planar plate structure extending in a longitudinal direction and is spaced apart from the web plate in a transverse direction. The connecting structure is connected between the main component and the guide plate such that the guide plate is connected to the main component through the connecting structure.
Multidirectional transport system
A transport system includes a main cable, a track assembly, and a conveyance assembly, wherein the track assembly is suspended from the main cable to allow unimpeded translational movement of the conveyance assembly along the track assembly. In another aspect according to the present invention, the track assembly has a track changing assembly that includes a track changing section rotatably coupled to a primary track section for selective alignment of the track changing section to any one of a plurality of exit track sections. A method of conveyance along a suspended track includes suspending a main cable between natural or artificial support structures, suspending a track assembly from the main cable, and mounting a conveyance assembly on the suspended track assembly to provide unimpeded translational movement of the conveyance assembly along the track assembly.
Multidirectional transport system
A transport system includes a main cable, a track assembly, and a conveyance assembly, wherein the track assembly is suspended from the main cable to allow unimpeded translational movement of the conveyance assembly along the track assembly. In another aspect according to the present invention, the track assembly has a track changing assembly that includes a track changing section rotatably coupled to a primary track section for selective alignment of the track changing section to any one of a plurality of exit track sections. A method of conveyance along a suspended track includes suspending a main cable between natural or artificial support structures, suspending a track assembly from the main cable, and mounting a conveyance assembly on the suspended track assembly to provide unimpeded translational movement of the conveyance assembly along the track assembly.
Cart and track assembly
A cart and track assembly includes a track that may be positioned on a support surface. The track may be positioned beneath a structure such that the track extends outwardly from beneath the structure. A cart is rollably positioned upon the track and the cart may have an object positioned thereon such that the object is movable along the track. The cart shelters the object beneath the structure and transports the object outwardly from beneath the structure. A plurality of wheels is rollably attached to the cart and each of the wheels rolls along the track.
