Landslide experimental device for simulating constant seepage flow
The present invention discloses a landslide experimental device for remotely controlling and simulating a constant seepage flow and weight load and an experimental method thereof in centrifuge test. The landslide experimental device includes a model box, a landslide device, a near-constant water flow control box, remote control devices and a water outlet pipe. The landslide device comprises a landslide model, a load balancing device, a weight storage device, an angle control panel and a tension bar. The remote control devices are arranged at the control box water outlet, at the control box water inlet, on the tension bar, on telescoping control sensors and on the weight storage device, respectively. With the present invention, the influences on the stability of landslide model with different landslide angles under the condition of the seepage flow and weight load can be simulated.

Road pollution extraction system
A system for extracting polluted air in the vicinity of a road surface, the system comprising at least one inlet assembly arranged to be recessed into the road surface and to be connected to an extraction duct, said at least one inlet assembly comprising: a pod arranged to protrude above the level of the road surface and to be driven over; and one or more intakes located within the pod, the pod defining a passage arranged to be connected to an extraction duct.
Electronic device and method for generating thumbnails based on captured images
An electronic device includes a first image sensor, a second image sensor, one or more image processing modules, and a display. The first image sensor generates first image data. The second image sensor generates second image data. The one or more image processing modules process one or more image data among the first image and the second image data. The display displays the one or more image data among the first image data or second image data processed by the one or more image processing modules. The thumbnail generation module generates thumbnail data using the one or more image data among the first image data and second image data processed by the one or more image processing modules. A method includes converting the plurality of image data into a format displayable on a display, and generating thumbnail data using the image data of the displayable format.
AN EIGHT-WAY INTERCHANGE
The invention belongs to the technical field of interchange, in particular to an eight-way interchange. The following technical scheme is proposed, comprising a first forked road, a third forked road, a second forked road, a fourth forked road, a fifth forked road, a sixth forked road, a seventh forked road and an eighth forked road. The first forked road and the third forked road, the second forked road and the fourth forked road constitute a cross overpass, the first forked road and the third forked road constitute an upper two-way straight lane, the second forked road and the fourth forked road constitute a lower two-way straight lane. The invention has simple structures. Motor vehicles can complete straight driving, left turn, right turn and U-turn through upper straight two-way lanes, lower straight two-way lanes and eight right-turn lanes, realizing the interconnection of all eight forked roads in 16 traffic directions.
Gravel recapturing and sifting apparatus
A gravel recapturing and sifting apparatus for attachment to a vehicle on a roadway includes a framework that includes a mounting portion selectively coupled to a front of the vehicle and a mounting boom having a proximal end attached to the mounting portion and which extends rearwardly alongside the vehicle. The apparatus includes at least one wheel assembly coupled to an outer face of the mounting boom and being outwardly offset relative to the outer face, the at least one-wheel assembly including a wheel having a plurality of tines and that is rotatable when actuated. The tines are spaced apart and radially arranged so as to kick up and urge gravel in a direction toward the mounting boom while allowing grass and weeds to pass through in an opposite direction.
Pneumatic roadway energy recovery system
The pneumatic roadway energy recovery system generates power from the weight of vehicles, pedestrians and the like traveling on a roadway surface. The pneumatic roadway energy recovery system includes a plurality of pneumatic pumps in fluid communication with one another and that are arrayed beneath a roadway surface. The pneumatic pumps are in fluid communication with a storage tank. The vehicles, pedestrians and the like traveling on the roadway surface compress the plurality of pneumatic pumps as they pass over the pumps, generating pressurized air, which is received by and stored in the storage tank. Preferably, a turbine, such as a Pelton wheel or the like, is in fluid communication with the storage tank. Selective release of the pressurized air in the storage tank drives the turbine, which, in turn, is connected to an electrical generator for generating usable electrical power.
