The present invention relates to a new and inventive combination game combining aspects of ball and/or bowling games. The invention further relates to a game set comprising all elements necessary to perform the game and to a method of playing a combined game.

A decontaminating pavement which can be applied as a flooring for playgrounds or similar surfaces, and includes at least one base made of black rubber that is ground and glued with a resin binder; and one upper layer of encapsulated and colored rubber, with resins, pigments, additives, and catalysts, wherein the surface of said upper layer is impregnated with a transparent film containing a photocatalytic additive which, in the presence of photons originating from sunlight or from a UV lamp, produces a NOx gas or particle decontamination or elimination effect. The photocatalytic additive forming the transparent film with which the surface layer is impregnated can be based on nano titanium. The upper layer of encapsulated rubber can include, as catalysts, an enhancer of the catalytic and aromatic/aliphatic binding effect which enhances and activates the effect of the photocatalytic additive of the film impregnating the surface of said upper layer.

The present invention relates to arenas with selectively configurable seating arrangements for selectively providing viewing access to an event floor from an event level hospitality area. The arena includes a plurality of seats, at least some of which are removable. The plurality of seats is selectively arrangeable in tiered seating sections around the event floor to define one of a first seating arrangement and a second seating arrangement. The tiered seating sections include first and second opposing curved seating sections, and first and second spaced apart straight seating sections. The first straight seating section is located in front of the hospitality area. When the seats are selectively arranged in the first seating arrangement, the first and second straight seating sections are disposed generally parallel to each other and extend between the first and second curved seating sections so as to define an obround distribution of seats around the event floor; and viewing access of the event floor from the hospitality area is impeded by the first straight seating section. When the seats are selectively arranged in the second seating arrangement, the first straight seating section and the first curved seating section are omitted leaving the second straight seating section extending to the second curved seating section; and viewing access of the event floor from the hospitality area is unobstructed.

The present invention relates to arenas with selectively configurable seating arrangements for selectively providing viewing access to an event floor from an event level hospitality area. There exists a number of youth development programs centered on sports programming. Some of these programs operate on a platform of revitalizing neighborhood spaces to improve community engagement by creating a space for youth to enjoy sports. Oftentimes these neighborhood spaces include restrictions or the surrounding community has needs (like lighting and seating) which are unmet or under-met. Envisioned is a system approach to addressing these needs wherein a wide variety of custom solutions can be produced from prefabricated, modular, and portable components that interface with existing amenities (if any) so to enrich the youth experience and better achieve program objectives. This modular approach provides a common infrastructure for different spaces, different sports, and different levels of play.

A poured-in-place protective surface, such as can be installed at a playground, includes an impact-attenuation or cushion layer, which comprises a blend of (a) a rubber chunk component made up of granules of reclaimed rubber, the reclaimed rubber being from non-tire sources; (b) a tire buffings component; and (c) a binder. The ratio of rubber chunk component to tire buffings component is selected to be between 1.25:1 and 10:1, and more particularly between 1.25:1 and 5:1.

A poured-in-place protective surface, such as can be installed at a playground, includes an impact-attenuation or cushion layer, which comprises a blend of (a) a rubber chunk component made up of granules of reclaimed rubber, the reclaimed rubber being from non-tire sources; (b) a tire buffings component; and (c) a binder. A safety surface material for a playground facility employing a monolithically mixed and troweled Thermoplastic Olefin (TPO) polypropylene/polyurethane cushion course base layer—which, for water park/spray park use is overlain by a Thermoplastic Rubber wear course top.

An action-sports ramp having a substantially rigid panel and a support structure. The substantially rigid panel includes multiple layers of cured, resin-saturated paper. An outermost layer of the layers of paper has texturing. The panel forms a sloping surface. The support structure is configured to support an action-sports rider and to support the panel at a side of the panel opposite the outermost layer.
