SAFETY METHOD AND CONTROL DEVICE FOR AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE
The invention relates to a safety method for an emergency vehicle, the emergency vehicle being configured to be autonomously operated and comprising: an energy storage unit; sensor devices arranged to monitor the surroundings and the vehicle; a water pump; at least one connection unit for an external water source and/or a water hose; conduits arranged in fluid communication with the water pump and/or the at least one connection unit; a valve arrangement arranged in fluid communication with the water pump, the at least one connection unit and the conduits, the method comprising: receiving a command from a control center to operate the vehicle to a location associated with an emergency situation; operating the vehicle to the location; and controlling the vehicle to perform a safety function to alleviate the emergency situation.
OPERATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC TRAVELING VEHICLE
An operation management system includes an automatic traveling vehicle and a management server. The vehicle includes a first processor, and is configured to transport at least one of people or luggage. The management server includes a second processor, and is configured to communicate with the vehicle and manage the operation thereof. The first processor or second processor is configured to: determine whether there is a transport task in which the vehicle transports at least one of people or luggage; and, when there is no transport task, execute a task switching process of causing the vehicle to execute any one of a patrol task in which the vehicle performs a patrol of an operating area of the vehicle, a cleaning task in which the vehicle performs a cleaning of the operating area, and a patrol cleaning task in which the vehicle performs both the patrol and the cleaning.
SWEEPER
A sweeper including a mat for sweeping a ground surface by moving the mat over the ground surface in a direction of travel substantially transverse to a leading edge of the mat, the mat having at least one slot extending therethrough and disposed transversely relative to the direction of travel whereby in use of the mat debris can pass through the slot over a trailing edge of the slot to collect on an upper surface of the mat, wherein the sweeper includes a cover over the mat for trapping debris on said upper surface of the mat.
Tree and debris pusher, method of use and method of manufacture
A tree and debris pusher for removing and gathering felled trees, such as stands of dead cedar trees, particularly though not exclusively adapted for use on burned land from which dead trees must be cleared. The tree and debris pusher comprises a frame, a pusher bar assembly, a tooth assembly, and plurality of support and connecting structures. The pusher bar assembly forms a generally concave or arcuate shape, including a center section and transverse wings. The tooth assembly extends is contiguous with the pusher bar assembly and comprises a plurality of teeth extruding from therefrom so as to precede the pusher bar assembly in the direction of use of the tree and debris pusher and make first contact with trees and debris which are the object of removal. Support members and connecting members provide additional support and resist loads during operation of the tree and debris pusher. The tree and debris pusher clears trees and debris and piles the dead and debris in a desired location without changing attachments or machinery.
