FORMWORK PANEL ELEMENT AND FORMWORK SYSTEM
The invention relates to a formwork panel element for shuttering a curable building material, having a frame (2) and having a multilayer formwork skin (3) fastened to the frame (2). The formwork skin (3) has a support panel (4) and a rigid wear panel (5). The support panel (4) is fastened to the frame (2). The wear panel (5) is releasably fixed to the support panel (4). A front side (5a) of the wear panel (5) facing away from the support panel (4) is designed as a surface in contact with the building material. The support panel (4) is fastened to the frame (2) so that it is resistant to tensile stress and shearing, in such a way that the support panel (4) supports the frame (2) statically, the support panel (4) being connected to the frame (2) in a non-releasable manner, or in a manner allowing release under certain conditions.

Tool, a system and a method for manufacturing of a reinforcement bar structure
A tool for manufacturing of a reinforcement bar structure, wherein the tool comprises a main body, a jaw arrangement, a tying device and an arrangement configured for moving the jaw arrangement between a gripping state and a tying state. A system for manufacturing a reinforcement bar structure, wherein the system comprises a supply of reinforcement bar material, a bending apparatus, a holding apparatus and a group of robots wherein at least one robot of the group of robots is equipped with the tool for manufacturing a reinforcement bar structure. A method for transporting and attaching a reinforcement bar during manufacturing of a reinforcement bar structure using a tool comprising a main body, the method comprising gripping a reinforcement bar, tying together the reinforcement bar with another reinforcement bar by looping a wire around the reinforcement bars, tightening the wire around the reinforcement bars, forming a knot, and cutting the wire.
Formwork element provided with sacrificial sections
A formwork element for a molded wall panel end, comprising: a sole plate having a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, an outer face, an inner face bearing a caisson, said caisson leaving free, on the inner face of the sole plate, a first lateral zone, defined between the first lateral edge and the caisson, and a second lateral zone, defined between the second lateral edge and the caisson; a form stripping assistance device cooperating with the sole plate. The form stripping assistance device includes at least one first sacrificial section comprising a first portion disposed on the first lateral zone of the inner face of the sole plate.

Concrete forming system
A concrete forming system for reducing the time and labor required for the framing, pouring, and curing of concrete walls. The concrete forming system generally includes concrete forms including a first wall, a second wall opposing the first wall, and a pair of sidewalls. A cavity is formed between the walls; with an opening being fluidly connected to the cavity. A first vehicle is connected to the first wall and a second vehicle is connected to the second wall. Using the vehicles, the positioning and orientation of the walls may be adjusted. After the walls have been placed and oriented, the vehicles will hold the walls in place as concrete is poured into the cavity through the opening. The concrete is allowed to cure into a structure; after which the vehicles and walls may be moved to another location to repeat the process.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR APPLYING AN ARCHITECTURAL LAYOUT TO A SURFACE
Apparatuses and methods for accurately applying an architectural layout to a surface. A calibration system includes a calibration rig having a plurality of vertical calibration legs assembled with a plurality of horizontal calibration legs and a laser that emits one or more beams of light onto a work surface to position the architectural layout relative to the calibration rig on the work surface. Calibration markers are positioned at intersections of the vertical and horizontal calibration legs for the laser to scan and confirm calibration accuracy of each of the calibration markers. The calibration markers calibrate the laser by using fixed, known points on the calibration grid that can be folded, collapsed, disassembled, and/or rolled for easy transport to other locations. The work surface can include obstacles and/or be uneven.

LIFTING HOOK
A lifting hook including a fixed portion and a moving portion coupled to the fixed portion, the moving portion being pivotable between a locking position in which the moving portion retains a profile of a formwork panel housed in a housing of the fixed portion, and a release position in which the profile of the formwork panel can be introduced into or extracted from the housing. The lifting hook also includes a pushing part coupled to the fixed portion which pushes the moving portion when the pushing part is pulled.
Template assembly for locating anchor bolts in a concrete pour of a form
The present disclosure provides a template assembly for locating and retaining a plurality of anchor bolts within a form during a concrete pour. The template assembly includes a rigid metal frame and plurality of anchor bolt retainers affixed to the frame, wherein each anchor bolt includes an anchor bolt engaging surface for locating an associated anchor bolt within predetermined tolerances. The frame can be further configured to provide access to at least 75% of the surface of the pour thereby allowing for finishing of the concrete at an optimal time. A plurality of legs can be connected to the frame for adjusting an elevation of the frame.
