A sustainable, eco-friendly community is arranged in a ringed configuration for maximum use of available land. The first outermost ring includes forest cover, beehives, medicinal plants, and an irrigation system. A second ring is surrounded by the first ring and is a bicycle loop/jogging path with horticulture/floriculture areas. A third ring is surrounded by the second ring and includes agroforestry fruit trees, livestock buildings, a biofuel plant, a solar farm, silvopastures, sprinklers, and a pond. A fourth ring is surrounded by the third ring and includes an agriculture area for crops and a greenhouse. A fifth ring is surrounded by the fourth ring and includes home lots, clinics, a club house, a yoga studio and a community kitchen. A sixth ring is in the form of an access road and is surrounded by the fifth ring, except for an entrance. A central portion or area includes a neighborhood garden.

Method of making a data centre
A method of making a data centre is disclosed, comprising making a data centre in an existing building (3010) having a floor, walls and a roof, an air inlet and an air outlet. The method includes: installing prefabricated data centre elements by (a) connecting to the inlet an air handling module (3001, 3002); and (b) installing cold aisle services modules (3011) each having one or more integrated blanking portions and one or more data centre services extending along its length terminating with a connection to an adjacent module (3011); and installing racks of IT equipment arranged in parallel rows; the method being so performed that the floor, racks, and cold aisle services modules (3011) together define parallel cold aisles for entraining cooling air flows to the IT equipment. Also disclosed are a data centre, a service carrying frame and a cold aisle services module for a data centre and a supporting frame for supporting prefabricated data centre elements.
Customizable facility
A customizable facility for manufacturing at least one product has at least one modular unit in communication with at least one central unit configured to provide utilities to the at least one modular unit. In some embodiments, the central unit(s) and modular unit(s) are positioned at least partially within a shell. Each modular unit can be a fermentation unit, a pre-viral unit, a post-viral unit, a utility space, a warehouse, a media buffer facility, an office, a personnel unit, or another unit. The modular units can be arranged to maximize a number of modular units within the shell while minimizing a footprint of the shell. A method of assembling a facility for manufacturing at least one product includes providing at least one central unit and providing at least one modular unit in communication with the central unit(s) such that utilities are provided by the central unit(s) to the modular unit(s).

Base assembly for a lattice tower
A base flange assembly for a lattice section of a tower includes a foot having an aperture; a leg welded to the foot, an axis defined between a center of the aperture and a center of the leg. An inner gusset is welded to the foot and the leg along the axis; and an outer gusset is welded to the foot and the leg at an angle with respect to the axis.
Data center airflow management
According to one embodiment, a data center air cooling system includes a first information technology (IT) room and a second IT room, each with electronic racks with one or more pieces of IT equipment. The system includes an air cooling unit that provides cooling air into an air chamber, which supplies the cooling air to the first IT room. The system includes an air duct system that supplies the cooling air from the air chamber to the second IT room and returns warmed air from the first IT room and the second IT room to the air cooling unit. The system includes several louvers that are each arranged to open and close independently and in different combinational modes to create several airflow management modes for cooling pieces of IT equipment in the first IT room, in the second IT room, or a combination thereof.
