A VANDAL-PROOF MECHATRONIC LOCK SYSTEM
The present invention relates generally to mechatronic locks and more specifically, and preferably, wireless mechatronic smart lock systems for locking doors which can be operated by a mechanical tool after positive authentication of the user. In a first aspect, there is provided a mechatronic lock system arranged for actuating a door lock operating member for locking and unlocking a door upon activation of said system comprising: an outside lock interface, comprising means for receiving a mechanical tool, arranged for operating said door lock operating member by a user of said lock system upon receiving said mechanical tool; an inner assembly, comprising: a wireless communication unit, arranged for wireless communication with a wireless communication device for authorizing said user; a control unit, in communicative connection with said wireless communication unit and arranged to activate said system for unlocking said door by activating a mechatronic clutch arranged for coupling said outside lock interface to said door lock operating member; wherein said mechatronic clutch is activated upon positive authorization of said user for opening said door by operating said outside lock interface.
MECHANICAL LOCK AND METHOD OF OPERATION THEREOF
A lock including a set of tumblers preserving their position after contact with a key to permit blocking of the keyhole during the opening process.
Electronic key reader for mechanical keys
An exemplary system includes a mechanical key and an access control device. The access control device includes a housing defining a keyway that has a fixed position within the housing. The access control device further includes a root depth sensor assembly, an insertion depth sensor assembly, a control assembly in communication with the sensor assemblies, and an electronic lock device. The control assembly is configured to determine the bitting code of the mechanical key based upon information received from the sensor assemblies, to compare the bitting code of the mechanical key to a lock/unlock bitting code; and to transmit a lock/unlock command in response to the bitting code matching the lock/unlock bitting code. The electronic lock device is configured to transition between a locked state and an unlocked state in response to receiving the lock/unlock command and without requiring rotation of the mechanical key.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ELECTRONICALLY LOCKING HVAC DOORS
Systems and methods are disclosed that operate a door latch of a door of a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system electronically based on operating a locking engagement device. The locking engagement device may be disposed on an outer portion of a door, the latch may be part of a latching system disposed on an inner portion of the door, and the locking engagement device may transmit a signal indicating that the locking engagement device is in an open or closed position to the latching system via a conductor electronically coupling the locking engagement device and the latching system. In some embodiments, the locking engagement device may transmit a signal indicating that the locking engagement device is in an open or closed position to a controller, which may then instruct the latching system to open or close the latch based on receiving the signal.
BOLT LOCK DEVICE
The invention relates to a bolt lock device for securely locking doors of fixed-walled storage or transport containers, in particular large-capacity storage or transport containers made of metal, such as in particular freight containers or commercial vehicle trailers, and the container having a bolt lock device of this kind.
Weighted rodent bait stations and related methods
Rodent bait station assemblies and methods for assembly and bundling.
A LOCK CONFIGURED TO BE OPERATED BY A KEY
A lock configured to be operated by a key, which includes a key shank, which at least in a part of its axial length includes a profile which is closed or semi-closed to define at least one cavity including a key coding. The lock includes a plug for receiving the key shank. The plug is rotatable with respect to a housing in the unlocked state of the lock and includes a keyway, which is defined by a predetermined geometry. At least one keyway shaping element is provided, which is formed separate from the plug and is fixed to the plug such that it is immovable relative to the plug when the key shank is inserted into the plug. A protruding portion of the at least one keyway shaping element protrudes into the keyway to redefine its geometry.
LOCKING PIN ASSEMBLIES AND USES THEREOF
The disclosure relates to an improved cylinder lock, key and their combination. More specifically, the disclosure relates to a locking pin assembly operable to provide added combination and increase security against burglary, such as by key bumping, a cylinder lock incorporating the locking pin assembly and key blade and key blade assemblies having the configuration to actuate the locking pin assembly.
ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK ASSEMBLY
An electromechanical lock assembly (1) comprising a lock body (13), a lock core (21) located at least partially within the lock body (13) and selectively rotatable with respect to the lock body (13), the lock core (21) including a key receptacle (23), a bolt operating member rotationally secured to the lock core (21) and configured to move a lock bolt of a lock (3) for locking and unlocking said lock (3), and a programmable key (12), wherein said electromechanical lock assembly is configured to be powered upon insertion of the programmable key (12) in said key receptacle (23). A position sensing device (27) is arranged to transmit position data to said programmable key (12).
Protecting a card key for vehicles from breakage
Disclosed is an invention that relates to a breakage prevention type card key. A breakage prevention type card key of the present invention includes: a substrate part installed inside a case part, a key accommodation part connected to the substrate part and having a groove into which an auxiliary key part is inserted, a locking part located inside the key accommodation part and elastically pressurizing a side surface of the auxiliary key part stored in the key accommodation part to restrain the movement of the auxiliary key part, and a reinforcement part extended from key accommodation part and coupled to the case part and augmenting the rigidity of the case part located on both sides of the entrance of the key accommodation part.
