Six-arm tunneling and anchoring machine for integrating tunneling and anchoring

Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a six-arm tunneling and anchoring machine for integrating tunneling and anchoring, which includes: a tunneling machine and a roof-bolter connected with each other. The roof-bolter includes roof bolt units, a side bolt unit, and a working platform unit. The tunneling machine includes a frame body, a walking part, a cutting part, a revolving body, a rear support body, a loading mechanism, a conveyor, an electronic control system, a hydraulic system, a spraying system and a cooling system. There are two sets roof bolt units, which are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the frame body, and are located behind a revolving center of the revolving body. Each roof bolt unit is provided with two top anchor bolts.

Conveyor bridge

A conveyor includes an endless belt, a boot end supporting a portion of the endless belt, a support structure, and a bridge. The endless belt includes a first run and a second run, and the first run extends along a conveyor axis. The support structure includes an end spaced apart from the boot end, a plurality of frames, and a plurality of idler rolls. The frames are spaced apart from one another and aligned with one another in a direction parallel to the conveyor axis. The idler rolls support another portion of the endless belt. The bridge extends between the boot end and the end of the support structure. The bridge is movable in a direction parallel to the conveyor axis relative to at least one of the boot end and the support structure.

Material handling apparatus for a mining machine

A flexible material handling apparatus is arranged to be installed on a full face heading machine. The apparatus includes a material handling member and a linkage member coupled together in a head-tail manner by a joint connection, and the linkage member at the other end may be coupled to a frame of a heading machine. The entire apparatus may be retracted to rest on the side of the machine frame and maintained there by a locking means. The material handling member may be swivelled about two separate vertical axes and brought outwardly to an oblique front position, where one or more locking means may be included to secure the material handling member fixed in place relative to the machine frame.

A cutting head and support arms for mining, for example, for high wall mining, provides a modular design and includes a pair of support arms, a head shaft extending between and outside of each of the support arms, a central and outer drums about the head shaft, and a set of removable struts attached between the support arms. The struts can be removed so that the support arms can be separated for easier access to the drums and head shaft and other components. Further, the support arms are of several laminate layers, which can be separated for ready maintenance, particularly for components at or near the outside ends of the cutting head and support arms, or within or about the support arms.

Launch platform for high wall mining

A system and method for high wall bench mining, for example, of horizontal coal seams in mountains, includes a launch platform having two side-by-side tracks for guiding mining equipment, and utilizes two continuous miner machines and conveyor cars. Two side-by-side mine entries can be worked simultaneously, one miner advancing deeper into the coal seam and conveyor cars being added behind the miner at a first mine entry, and the mining completed and cars and miner retreating and being extracted from a second mine entry. As conveyor cars are being extracted onto one track from the mine entry that a string is retreating from, the cars are moved across the launch platform to the other track and are added behind the advancing miner machine launched from that track into the other mine entry.
