The bushing may include an axial end abutting the bearing housing. The bushing may extend through a second aperture of the non-orbiting scroll. The bushing may include a third aperture. The damper may be received in a pocket that may be defined by and disposed radially between an outer diametrical surface of the bushing and an inner diametrical surface of the non-orbiting scroll. The damper may be at least partially disposed within the second aperture and may encircle the second portion of the bushing. The fastener may include a shaft portion and a flange portion. The shaft portion may extend through the third aperture and into the first aperture. The flange portion may contact a first axial end of the damper.

Resin member

A resin member capable of inhibiting generation of particles due to repeated bending thereof is provided. A rolling diaphragm 5 composed of a resin member has one surface formed as a liquid contact surface 37a, repeatedly bends when used, and has flexibility. A surface roughness of the liquid contact surface 37a at a portion 371 that bends is less than 0.40 μm as an arithmetic average roughness, and a total light reflectance of the liquid contact surface 37a at the portion 371 that bends is not less than 2.0%.

Gerotor pump and method for producing same

Gerotor pump comprising an inner gerotor and an outer gerotor and an electric motor in a pump housing, and the outer gerotor is formed integrally with the rotor of the electric motor, wherein magnets are integrated into the outer gerotor, and the rotor is rotatably mounted on a shaft that is fixed on one side to a housing or a housing base of the pump housing.

AIR COMPRESSOR

An air compressor contains a piston actuated by a motor to move in a cylinder. The piston includes an air stop sheet mounted on a top support plate thereof. The air stop sheet includes a bending section having a positioning zone and an acting zone located opposite to the positioning zone and configured to cover an air channel of the piston. The bending section is a boundary axis of the acting area and the positioning zone of the air stop sheet so that a top of the air stop sheet facing the cylinder forms an obtuse angle less than 180 degrees, and a back surface of the acting zone of the air stop sheet backing a top of the cylinder turns on relative to a plane of a top of the top support plate at an open angle θ, thus producing an air flowing space.

Rotary vane pump

A rotary vane pump including a housing, and a motor. The motor includes a shaft which is coupled to a rotor. The rotor defines a plurality of slots. A plurality of free moving vanes are disposed within the slots. In one example, the rotor is formed from a first material and the plurality of vanes are formed from the first material and impregnated with a second material. The first material can be a carbon material. The second material can be a resin material, an antimony material, a copper material, or a silver material.

Piston for internal combustion engines

A resin coat film 39 formed on a skirt portion 10 of a piston 7 has a four-sided outer peripheral region knurled at upper and lower regions thereof corresponding in a rear view of the piston 7 to an upper skirt part 36 and a lower skirt part 38 of the skirt portion 10 extending in parallel with an axial direction of left and right piston pin boss portions 15 and 14, with a combination of short vertical grooves 43A and 43B and medium-length vertical grooves 42A and 42B extending in parallel with a central axis C of a piston crow portion 9, and at left and right edge regions thereof, with long vertical grooves 41.

Disclosed is a pump, in particular a high-pressure fuel pump, comprising at least one pump element (10) that has a roller tappet (20) inside which a roller (42) is rotatably mounted on a bearing bolt (44) by means of a bearing sleeve (46), said roller (42) rolling off a cam (22) of an input shaft (24). The bearing sleeve (46) is made of a plastic material, especially polyether ether ketone (PEEK) or polyphthalamide (PPA).

Sealing diaphragm and methods of manufacturing said diaphragm

Described is a method for manufacturing a diaphragm assembly through the use of injection molding. The method can avoid the use of PTFE as a chemically resistant coating. Further, the method can increase overall adherence of a polymer diaphragm to an insert through the use of an interference surface on at least the surface of a head of the insert.

Air compressor of weight-reduction type
09803632 · 2017-10-31 ·

An air compressor of weight-reduction type is disclosed, wherein the bearing and the main housing thereof are formed integrally, so that when the piston body conducts reciprocating motion within the cylinder at high frequencies, the bearing is firmly fixed on the main housing without nonfunctioning or falling off. Furthermore, the main housing and the cylinder thereof are made of plastic and formed integrally. The main housing is formed with a wind collecting hood to facilitate the air flow being introduced through the main housing for rapidly dissipating the heat generated by the bearing and the heat generated from the reciprocating motion of the piston body. Accordingly, the manufacturing cost of the air compressor can be reduced to achieve an economical design, and the weight of the air compressor can be reduced to facilitate the compressor being carried onto a vehicle.
