A rotating support device for a torsion beam is be coupled to a support pillar, especially applicable in solar power plant installations which reduces the number of parts used and facilitates the assembly. The device has a clamp which can be coupled to the support pillar having a cylindrical inner area, a bushing intended to be positioned inside the clamp and which has the possibility of rotation together with the torsion beam with respect to the clamp and a retaining part which can be coupled in the slop which in an assembly situation protrudes in height with respect to the central sector of the clamp.

Apparatus include a hinge joint comprising: a base having an insertion end with a longitudinal slot and with a fulcrum protrusion on an inner surface; a cup having a receiving end selectively receiving the insertion end of the base; a securing assembly configured to selectively release the cup from the base, the securing assembly comprising a rotatable shaft that translates along the longitudinal slot between at least i) a lower relative position corresponding to an engaged state in which the insertion end is received by the receiving end, and ii) an upper relative position corresponding to a released state in which the insertion end is free of the receiving end; the shaft having a cam projection positioned to contact against the fulcrum protrusion and displace the shaft toward the upper relative position when the shaft is rotated.
PHOTOVOLTAIC TRACKER DRIVELINE JOINT
A driveline joint may include a driveline shaft that has a plurality of slots and a shaft coupling positioned in an interior of the driveline shaft in which the shaft coupling includes one or more openings with each of the openings corresponding to one or more respective slots of the plurality of slots included in the driveline shaft. The driveline joint may include one or more spherical bearings that are each positioned between an interior lateral surface of the driveline shaft and an exterior lateral surface of the shaft coupling and against one of the openings of the shaft coupling. The driveline joint may include one or more fasteners, wherein each of the fasteners extends through one of the slots and one of the openings of the shaft coupling.
REDUCING FRETTING CORROSION IN A GAS DISCHARGE CHAMBER SUPPORT DEVICE
A light source apparatus (100) includes: a chamber (101) having a chamber wall (103) defining an opening (107); and a support apparatus (110) including a support device (111) positioned within the opening of the chamber wall. The support device includes: a cup (112) having an inner surface (114) configured to retain a movable apparatus and an outer surface (116) having a first outer diameter; and a plurality of rods (118) arranged at the outer surface of the cup such that the arrangement of the plurality of rods defines a second outer diameter, the second outer diameter greater than the first outer diameter. The chamber wall is configured to hold the support device such that the chamber wall contacts the plurality of rods when the support device is positioned within the opening of the chamber wall, and the outer surface of the cup does not contact the chamber wall.
JOINING ARRANGEMENT HAVING A RECEIVER AND A BALL JOINT
The present invention relates to a joining arrangement having a receiver with a receiving opening and having a ball joint which is spread open into the receiver, wherein the ball joint comprises a joint pin with a joint ball and a joint socket for receiving the joint ball, wherein the joint socket has at least two wings with in each case one internally situated joint surface, wherein the joint surfaces are in contact with the joint ball and enclose the joint ball in sections. According to the invention, the wings have in each case one reboundable resilience section by means of which the respective joint surface presses with a defined force onto the joint ball.

A bearing assembly comprises a bearing wheel with a rotational axis, the bearing wheel including and extending radially between an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the inner surface at least partially forms a bore, the bore extends axially through the bearing wheel along the rotational axis, and the bore has a cross-sectional geometry configured to receive a rotatable shaft with a complementary cross-sectional geometry, and wherein the outer surface extends circumferentially around the rotational axis, and the outer surface has a circular cross-sectional geometry. The bearing assembly also comprises a bearing collar comprising a collar base and a collar mount, wherein the collar base includes an inner surface configured to circumscribe and slidingly engage the outer surface of the bearing wheel, wherein the collar mount projects radially out from collar base to a distal mount end, and wherein a plurality of mounting apertures at the distal mount end extend axially through the collar mount, and the mounting apertures are configured to respectively receive fasteners for securing the collar mount to a stationary structural member.
INDUCTION HEATED ROLL APPARATUS
The present disclosure is intended to supply sufficient electric power to an induction heating mechanism even with a small-diameter roller, and includes a roller body having a hollow cylindrical shape, a drive shaft provided at each of both ends of the roller body and rotatably supported, an induction heating mechanism that is provided inside the roller body and allows the roller body to inductively generate heat, and a support shaft that extends from both ends of the induction heating mechanism and supports the induction heating mechanism, in which the support shaft is rotatably supported on an inner peripheral surface at both ends of the roller body via a bearing.
BEARING SYSTEM FOR SOLAR TRACKER
One embodiment provides an apparatus for a single axis tracker that includes a first strap component formed into a first portion of a bearing race. A second strap component is formed into a second portion of the bearing race. The first portion of the bearing race and the second portion of the bearing race removably interleave to hold a torque tube.
