Air delivery conduit
A mask system and an air delivery conduit for use in the treatment of respiratory disorders. The air delivery conduit may comprise a textile having an airtight arrangement. A support structure may be provided to the conduit to provide form.
EXPANDABLE AND CONTRACTIBLE GARDEN HOSE
A hose which automatically expands longitudinally and automatically expands laterally upon the application of a pressurized liquid is disclosed. The hose can automatically expand longitudinally up to six times its unexpanded or contracted length. Upon release of the pressurized liquid within the hose, the hose will automatically contract to a contracted condition. The hose includes an inner tube made from an elastic material and an outer tube made from a non-elastic material. The inner tube is positioned concentrically within the outer tube in both a contracted condition and an expanded condition. The outer tube is secured to the inner tube only at a first end of the inner and outer tubes and at a second end of the inner and outer tubes. The outer tube moves laterally and longitudinally with respect to the inner tube when the tubes are transitioning between a contracted condition and an expanded condition.
Selectively flexible extension tool
A selectively flexible extension tool includes: a line assembly comprising a first line and a second line; and a plurality of sequentially arranged links, the line assembly operable with the plurality of sequentially arranged links to move the plurality of sequentially arranged links between a slacked position and a tensioned position, the plurality of sequentially arranged links together comprising a first line guide and a second line guide, the first line of the line assembly extending through the first line guide and the second line of the line assembly extending through the second line guide; wherein the first line defines a first displacement when the plurality of sequentially arranged links are moved from the slacked position to the tensioned position, wherein the second line defines a second displacement when the plurality of sequentially arranged links are moved from the slacked position to the tensioned position, and wherein the first displacement is substantially equal to the second displacement.
DETERMINING REMAINING LIFE OF A HOSE ASSEMBLY BASED ON SENSOR DATA
A system may include a hose assembly and a controller. The hose assembly may comprise a plurality of sensor devices configured to generate sensor data regarding the hose assembly. The sensor data may include at least one of first sensor data regarding a bend radius of a first portion of the hose assembly, or second sensor data regarding an amount of torque at a second portion of the hose assembly. The controller may be configured to receive the sensor data from the plurality of sensor devices; determine a remaining life of the hose assembly based on the sensor data; and perform an action based on the remaining life of the hose assembly.
LIFE JACKET, AIR BLOWING MEMBER AND METHOD FOR COMBINING THERE OF
The present invention provides a life jacket. In an embodiment, the life jacket includes a jacket member; and an air blowing member which is provided in the jacket member to inject air to the jacket member, wherein the air blowing member includes a base part coupled with the jacket member; and a tube part extending from the base part, wherein a flexible portion is formed in a part or the entire of the tube part.

Thermoplastic elastomeric bellow duct
The invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomeric bellow duct (10) having a corrugated duct segment (12) interposed between two elbowed segments (14, 18), wherein at least one of the elbowed segments (18) is made of thermoplastic elastomeric and connected to an end section (22) of the corrugated duct segment (12) by overmolding the elbowed segment (18) over the end section (22) of the corrugated duct segment (12), and wherein the end section (22) of the corrugated duct segment (12) includes a guiding and sealing arrangement (50) pointing away from the corrugated duct segment (12) in a radial direction (32). The invention further relates to an air duct (80) having such a thermoplastic elastomeric bellow duct (10).
Dual elastic hose
A highly extendable and retractable dual elastic hose comprises a tubular inner fluid conduit made of an elastomeric material and an elastic tubular outer sleeve of interwoven webbing made out of braided strands of textile yarns wherein embedded a plurality of evenly distributed highly elastic rubber strings extending horizontally along its longitudinal length. The inner tube is secured to the tubular outer sleeve only at an inlet coupler and an outlet coupler. Both the inner tube member and the outer tube sleeve can automatically expand longitudinally up to five times its unexpanded or contracted length resulting from pressurized fluid within the hose. To provide a linearly extendable and retractable dual elastic hose constructed with elastic materials both in the inner tube and the outer sleeve, it shows advantages of an improvement in expandable ratio of the outer sleeve and a reduction of strain forces required for the inner elastic tube to elongate the outer sleeve. A prolonged service life of the dual elastic hose is expected due to an effective reduction of frictional contacts and frictional resistance between the internal wall of the outer sleeve and the outer wall of the inner tube from less relative movements a lubricant layer between the two walls.
