An uplight module is provided having a plurality of different lights, each of the plurality of lights for producing a different type of light incident on the ceiling. The uplight module may include a modular circuit board assembly comprising a main board including one or more LEDs and one or more auxiliary boards connected to the main board and including one or more UV LEDs, whereby adaptation for producing germicidal energy can be achieved without dismounting the ceiling fan from the ceiling. A controller may be provided for controlling the light intensity or temperature, including from pre-selected values. Related methods are also disclosed.
DISHWASHER
The present invention relates to a dishwasher. The dishwasher of the present invention comprises: a tub open at one side thereof and forming a space in which dishes are washed; a base disposed under the tub and spacing the tub a predetermined distance apart from the bottom surface; a door opening/closing the open side of the tub; a lower cover extending forward from the front end of the base and covering the lower side of the tub; and a light source part disposed above the lower cover to emit light, wherein the light source part comprises a lamp which emits light and a housing by which the lamp is fixedly placed while being spaced a predetermined distance upward apart from the lower cover, and the lower cover has a light source hole formed therethrough, the light source hole being open in the vertical direction below the lamp.
LUMINOUS MOUSE PAD
A luminous mouse pad includes a mat part and a light-guiding structure. The light-guiding structure includes a tube portion; and an insertion portion. The insertion portion protrudes from the tube portion and is inserted into an end side surface of the mat part to leave the tube portion to be exposed outside the mat part.
Toilet Roll Spindle Lighting Device
The present invention pertains to paper product devices for holding toilet paper, particularly toilet roll spindles and holders that simultaneously provide illumination in an area. Embodiments described for the present invention use a toilet paper spindle housing, one or more springs designed to hold the electrical device in place, a power source, often battery powered, one or more lights within the housing to illuminate an area around and including a toilet, an ambient light sensor to detect an ambient light level, a toilet paper slide preventer and motion sensor guard, and one or more passive infrared sensors to detect movement in an area. The embodiment may illuminate an area for a specific time duration once motion or occupancy is detected. In one embodiment, the toilet roll spindle housing attaches vertically to a freestanding base and may be comprised of a power source, a photocell sensor, and infrared sensors.
Ceiling fan with mounting plate
A ceiling fan assembly having a motor with a rotor and a stator, at least one blade operably coupled to the stator, a motor shaft extending from the stator and having an internal wire passage and a wire opening in a side of the motor shaft, with the wire opening providing access to the internal wire passage, a control mounting plate having a motor shaft opening through which the motor shaft extends and an electronic control unit carried by a side of the control mounting plate.
Modular lighting device
The present invention relates to lighting fixtures which are mounted into architectural finished surfaces such as ceilings, walls and floors, and is applicable to new installations as well as the renovation of existing surface-mounted fixtures. One embodiment relates to a modular lighting device for retro-fitting to an existing lamp housing which is flush mounted or countersunk into an opening of a ceiling or interior surface of a building, the modular lighting device comprising a lamp-fitting configured for receiving a light source and configured for attachment to the existing lamp housing, and reflector for reflecting and/or modifying light from the light source, the reflector comprising a narrow top section configured for attachment to said lamp-fitting, and a wider bottom section for covering said opening.
Loudspeaker with a lighting element contained therein
A loudspeaker containing a sound-generating element and a grill mounted as a cover in front of the sound-generating element. The grill has optically transparent areas. At least one lighting element is mounted between the sound-generating element and the grill, the lighting element being visible from the outside through the optically transparent areas of the grill when illuminated.
Decorative lighting system with improved support framework assembly
An improved decorative lighting system constructed having a support framework assembly for mounting decorative lights in connection with a window frame. The support framework assembly comprises a plurality of tubular track members, each formed having a slotted chamber section extending the length of the track member with a squared outer edge formed along either side at the base of the chamber to provide a substantially flat planar surface along the base of the track member. A plurality of articulating end clips are formed to engage each track member and interconnect with another to join the track members in a substantially rectangular configuration adjustable to conform to the shape of the window frame. A plurality of specially configured light mounting clips are formed to press-fit and slide along the flat perimeter surface of the track members and hold the decorative lights in selected positions along the track members. Ring members included upon selected ones of the articulating end clips are used and positioned in upper corners of the framework assembly to engage conventional hooks or tabs secured to the window frame and facilitate the mounting of the framework assembly and its removal and storage when desired. The articulating end clips further allow the complete support framework assembly to fold and store more easily.
Method to clean air utilizing a built-in air flow mechanism
Disclosed embodiments relate to a combination axial fan and LED lighting system configured to fit into the footprint of a standard ceiling tile. Disclosed embodiments further include ceiling tiles with a built-in fan and/or LED lighting. The disclosed systems may include a housing container and an axial fan. The fan has a fan cavity including air diversion mechanism to direct air from the fan cavity toward the lighting and fan components. The inventions include an airflow surface to direct air existing the fan cavity along an LED light fixture. Moreover, disclosed embodiments include one or more UV light sources which irradiate contaminants as air flows through the ceiling tile.
