Modular indicator
An indicator module includes first electrodes disposed on a first support surface, each of the first electrodes having a flexible portion having a sloped section forming an oblique angle with the first support surface, a second electrodes disposed on a second support surface spaced apart from the first support surface along a longitudinal direction, a set of conductors elongated substantially in the longitudinal direction, each of the first electrodes being electrically connected to the a respective one of the second electrodes via a respective one of the conductors, and an indicator circuit, such as a set of LEDs, electrically connected to one or more of the conductors and adapted to generate a human perceptible signal when the indicator circuit receives electrical power from the one or more of the conductors.
Diffusers in wearable devices
Eyewear including an optical element, a controller, a support structure configured to support the optical element and the controller, light sources coupled to the controller and supported by the support structure, and a diffuser positioned adjacent to the light sources and supported by the support structure, the diffuser including microstructures that diffuse light emitted by the light sources in a radial anisotropic diffusion pattern or a prism-like diffusion pattern.
CONTROL DEVICE INTERFACE, ESPECIALLY FOR VENDING MACHINES AND DISPLAYS
Described is an interface (10) for a control device having a front face (11) and a rear face (12) and comprising a plurality of layers grouped in a covering assembly (13) and a tactile assembly (14) extending between the front face (11) and the rear face (12); The covering assembly (13) comprises, in sequence:—a protective layer (15) having the front face (11); —a masking layer (16) which directly or indirectly covers a second face of the protective layer (15). The said tactile assembly (14) comprises—an operative layer (17) with sensitive pads (19) reactive to touch and permeable to light, transparent or perforated; —a matrix layer (21), opaque and equipped with shaped portions (23) which are either permeable to light or transparent or perforated and aligned with the sensitive pads (19). The sensitive pads (19) and/or the shaped portions (23) are configured to form signs (B) designed to generate luminous symbols visible after backlighting of the interface (10). The masking layer (16) has a permeability to light such that the signs (B) are not visible through said masking layer (16) when said front face (11) is illuminated by a light radiation resulting in a luminance not exceeding 4000 lx and the interface (10) is not backlit.
LENS COMPONENT AND SIGNAL DISPLAY LAMP
A lens component radiates light from a light source. The lens component includes a light guiding radiation portion. The light guiding radiation portion includes a light incidence portion having an incidence surface on which the light from the light source is made incident, and a plurality of radiation mechanisms that respectively radiate to a plurality of radiation angle ranges. The incidence surface includes a close side incidence region and a distant side incidence region. The radiation angle ranges include a close side radiation angle range and a distant side radiation angle range. The light incident on the close side incidence region is radiated to the distant side radiation angle range via a corresponding distant side radiation mechanism. The light incident on the distant side incidence region is radiated to the close side radiation angle range via a corresponding close side radiation mechanism.
SWITCH DEVICE
Disclosed is a switch device including a push operation part having a light transmitting portion, a control board installed in a push operation direction of the push operation part, a fingerprint sensor provided on the push operation part to detect a fingerprint of a user pushing the push operation part, a controller provided on one surface of the control board to control the fingerprint sensor, a flexible board provided to electrically connect the fingerprint sensor and the controller, and a plurality of light sources installed on opposite surfaces of the control board and closer to the push operation part than the controller to illuminate the light transmitting portion.
OPTICAL FIBER ILLUMINATION DEVICE
Provided is an optical fiber illumination device in which optical fibers produced without using a special method is used and the amount of light emitted from the side surface is improved. An optical fiber illumination device 1 includes: an optical fiber bundle 10 having a plurality of optical fibers, a resin jacket 101 that covers a bundle of the plurality of optical fibers and emits light, a first end, and a second end, the first end and the second end being polished; and a first light source placed close to the first end so as to emit light in a range of angles larger than an angular aperture of the plurality of optical fibers toward the optical fiber bundle.
Light-transmitting assembly of display device, signal indicator and display device
A light-transmitting assembly of a display device, a signal indicator, and the display device are provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The light-transmitting assembly of the display device includes: a light-transmitting adjustment member including a plurality of first patterns, a light transmittance of each first pattern is less than a light transmittance of a region of the light-transmitting adjustment member other than the first pattern, and each light-shielding area ratio of the first patterns is a ratio of a sum of areas of all the first patterns in any one region of the light-transmitting adjustment member to an area of the any one region.
DIN RAIL MOUNTING ADAPTER
A DIN rail mounting adapter configured for removable attachment to a DIN rail including first and second pairs of spaced-apart supports. In example embodiments, one of the supports includes one or more openings formed therethrough for receiving a component or assembly, such as an LED light assembly. In example embodiments, another one of the supports includes at least one engagement feature configured for removable attachment with a DIN rail.
Illumination
A method is described for deploying one or more illumination devices. The or each illumination device is self-contained and has a first state in which it is inoperative and a second state in which it is operative to provide illumination at at least one frequency within the range from and including infrared to and including ultraviolet. The method comprises the steps, optionally repeated at intervals, of: actuating a mechanism to move a said illumination device from a housing storing one or more illumination devices to an exposed position outside the housing; and automatically changing the state of the illumination device from its first state to its second state as a direct result of movement of the illumination device from within the housing to the exposed position.
LED LIGHT HOSE REEL
An LED (light-emitting diodes) light hose reel is disclosed, comprising a housing (10); a reel (12) inside the housing (10); a transparent hose (20), the hose (20) being retractably reeled on the reel (12) inside the housing (10); an LED light strip (22) arranged inside the hose (20); an electric power cable (34) for the LED light strip (22); and an electric connection (36) between the LED light strip (22) and the electric power cable (34). A method of storing an LED light strip is disclosed, comprising storing the LED light strip on a retractable reel. A method of using the LED light hose reel is disclosed. The method comprising the following steps in any order: withdrawing the hose (20) from the LED light hose reel; selecting light colour and selecting blinking or constant light by activating the control element (32); attaching the hose (20) to an object; and retracting the hose (20) into the LED light hose reel.
