Thermal mass for heat pre-load and time-controlled dispersion in building heating systems
A heating and/or cooling temperature adjusting apparatus disposed proximate a point of use comprising a heat exchange structure, at least one thermal mass unit comprised of a material which changes phase at a predetermined temperature, and a housing which at least partially encloses the heat exchange structure and thermal mass unit. Additionally, a plurality of thermal mass units can be employed, each with equivalent, or differing, temperature threshold points for conversion between solid, liquid or gaseous phases. The presence of the thermal mass unit at the point of use allows for the heating/cooling system to rapidly adjust the temperature of the room while simultaneously decreasing the duty cycle of the heating/cooling generator (e.g. boiler).
Hybrid heater
A water heater includes a first heater, a second heater, and a controller. The controller can enable different operational modes of the water heater, wherein only the first heater operates, only the second heater operates, or both the first and the second heaters operate. The controller can also be configured to enable a hybrid operational mode and a bypass operational mode. Further, in the different operational modes, the controller can direct water flow to at least one of a first conduit coupled to the first heater, a second conduit coupled to the second heater, and a bypass conduit. The controller can be configured to receive input signals relating to environmental conditions around the water heater and/or an aquatic system in which the water heater is installed.
ELECTRIC RADIATOR
An electric radiator is provided. The electric radiator includes: a housing provided with an air channel cover therein; a heating assembly disposed in the housing and defining a natural convection air channel with the air channel cover, an air supply inlet being formed at a first end of the natural convection air channel and an air supply outlet being formed at a second end of the natural convection air channel above the air supply inlet, air in the natural convection air channel being heated by the heating assembly to form a natural convection in the natural convection air channel; a mesh hood mounted onto a front surface of the housing and covering the heating assembly and the air supply outlet; a first temperature limiter mounted onto the heating assembly and adjacent to the air supply outlet in an up-down direction.
Hybrid heater
Embodiments of the invention provide a pool heater including a housing, a first tankless heater, a second tankless heater, and a controller. The controller is configured to activate only the first tankless heater when a first condition is met, activate only the second tankless heater when a second condition is met, and activate the first and the second tankless heaters simultaneously when a third condition is met.
FROTH HEATERS
A froth heater can include an outer case defining an inner cavity, an inlet in fluid communication with the inner cavity, and an outlet in fluid communication with the inner cavity. The froth heater can include a heater core inserted into inner cavity and configured to form a flow path between an inner wall of the outer case and the heater core between the inlet and the outlet. The heater core can include a core cavity configured to receive a heater therein to heat the heater core.

Equipment for laser heating of fluids for injection in wells
The object of the invention is to solve the problem of casing and string collapse of production or injection wells, which occurs due to cooling caused by injection of completion fluids into the well, by applying heat to the fluid being injected during operations, such as acid treatments, secondary recovery, scale removal, and inhibiting squeeze. The fluid laser heating equipment was designed to perform the heating of the fluid to be injected into a production or injection well. Before being pumped into the well, the fluid passes through the heating equipment, through a metal coil-shaped tube immersed in hot water, placed inside a tank, a laser system heats the water inside the tank, the water inside the tank exchanges heat with the coil heating the same, and in turn the coil exchanges heat with the fluid passing within it. In this way, the fluid will be at an appropriate temperature for injection into the well.
PORTABLE COMBINATION STOVE AND SPACE HEATER
A combination stove and space heater is provided, comprising a stove portion and a removable heater portion disposed over the stove portion. The stove portion includes an enclosure having a removable drawer configured to receive one or more burnable fuels, a grating suspended by the enclosure over the removable drawer and configured to be heated by burning the one or more fuels. The removable heater portion includes a radiator having a plurality of vertical plates, each having a length along a lateral axis and a height along a vertical axis, an axial fan disposed at one side of the radiator and with an axis of flow substantially parallel to the lateral axis, and a cover disposed surrounding the radiator and the axial fan, the cover having openings on opposing ends along the lateral axis.
