Systems and methods for solvent extraction
Systems and methods for venting a solvent are disclosed. The system includes a chamber, such as an oven having an interior volume defining a heating zone, where the interior volume receives at least one substrate coated with a coating material comprising a solvent. The system further includes a vent coupled to the oven and defining a passage between the interior volume and the environment external to the oven. The system also includes a solvent sensor measuring an amount of evaporated solvent present in the interior volume, and a fan removing at least a portion of the solvent from the interior volume. The system may also include a coating assembly including an applicator and a flow meter, wherein the applicator applies a portion of the coating material to the substrate, and the flow meter determines the amount of coating material applied to the substrate.
Process line for the production of freeze-dried particles
A process line for the production of freeze-dried particles under closed conditions is provided, the process line comprising a freeze-dryer for the bulkware production of freeze-dried particles under closed conditions, the freeze-dryer comprising a rotary drum for receiving the frozen particles, and a stationary vacuum chamber housing the rotary drum, wherein for the production of the particles under closed conditions the vacuum chamber is adapted for closed operation during processing of the particles; the drum is in open communication with the vacuum chamber; and at least one transfer section is provided for a product transfer between a separate device of the process line and the freeze-dryer, the freeze-dryer and the transfer section being separately adapted for closed operation, wherein the transfer section comprises a temperature-controllable inner wall surface.
Process line for the production of freeze-dried particles
A process line for the production of freeze-dried particles under closed conditions is provided, the process line comprising a freeze-dryer for the bulkware production of freeze-dried particles under closed conditions, the freeze-dryer comprising a rotary drum for receiving the frozen particles, and a stationary vacuum chamber housing the rotary drum, wherein for the production of the particles under closed conditions the vacuum chamber is adapted for closed operation during processing of the particles; the drum is in open communication with the vacuum chamber; and at least one transfer section is provided for a product transfer between a separate device of the process line and the freeze-dryer, the freeze-dryer and the transfer section being separately adapted for closed operation, wherein the transfer section comprises a temperature-controllable inner wall surface.
BOTTOM-DRYING SLUDGE DRYING DEVICE AND METHOD
The present disclosure provides a bottom drying type sludge drying device, comprising: a housing in which a curved-face partition is provided for separating space in the housing into first and second drying chambers; a feed gate and an outlet provided on an upper portion of the first drying chamber, and a discharge gate provided on the circumferential wall of the first drying chamber. An inlet is provided on a side wall or bottom of the second drying chamber. The curved-face partition comprises a depressed area in which a communication opening is formed, and a bridge-shaped element is provided above the communication opening, forming a lateral aperture between the bridge-shaped element and the partition. A sludge stirring assembly is provided in the first drying chamber, which comprises a rotary shaft and a stirring unit fixed on the rotary shaft, and the stirring unit is configured to cut, break and stir the sludge and/or that a front end thereof faces and is close to the lateral aperture, such that the front end scrapes the sludge in or at the communication opening as the stirring unit rotates. The present disclosure further provides a method of drying sludge using a sludge drying device.

The blank on-line water blowing device provided by the present invention can meet the requirement of blank water blowing, and meanwhile, has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in manufacturing, stable performance and capability of meeting the precision machining requirement.
INDUSTRIAL DRYER FOR PLASTICS POUCHES
A dryer device for drying plastics pouches, the device comprising a main air admission pipe having a plurality of dryer heads including outlet orifices, each outlet orifice forming an air knife, the dryer heads being associated in pairs so as to define a plurality of passages for plastics pouches, each passage being adapted to dry plastics pouches passing therethrough by applying two opposing air knives.
FREEZE DRYING WITH COMBINED FREEZING CHAMBER AND CONDENSER
A compact freeze dryer removes a liquid from a bulk powder product. The freeze dryer utilizes a single cryogenic vessel for both (1) freezing the liquid contained in the bulk product, and (2) condensing vapor resulting from sublimating the frozen liquid. A vacuum pump is connected to the cryogenic vessel for drawing a vacuum in the cryogenic vessel and in a drying vessel. Vapor resulting from subliming the frozen liquid in the drying vessel is drawn into the cryogenic vessel and condensed.
VACUUM CHAMBER APPARATUS WITH SINGLE ROLLER FOR ROTATING CONTAINER
An apparatus and method for providing a simpler and more robust mechanism for transporting materials to be dried through a vacuum microwave chamber in rotating containers. The apparatus (20) has a vacuum chamber (22), an input end (26) to introduce a container (24) into the chamber, and a discharge end (28) to remove the container. The container has spur gear teeth (60) extending along its outer circumferential surface. The apparatus has a single roller (42) having spur gear teeth (46) extending along its outer circumferential surface. The spur gear teeth of the roller mesh with the spur gear teeth of the container such that rotation of the roller about its longitudinal axis rotates the container. The apparatus also includes means for holding the container on the roller, means for moving the container through the chamber, a microwave generator 76 arranged for transmission of microwave radiation from the generator into the chamber, and means for reducing pressure inside the chamber.
KITCHEN WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a kitchen waste treatment system and a method thereof. The kitchen waste treatment system includes a control module, a drying module, an air extraction module, a grinding module and a temperature sensor all connected with the control module. The control module is for sending a first control signal, a second control signal and a third control signal according to a current working process in a determination that it is turned on normally. The drying module is for drying kitchen waste. The air extraction module is for extracting air from the kitchen waste. The grinding module is for grinding the kitchen waste. The temperature sensor is for detecting a temperature of the drying module. The control module is further for sending a stop command to the drying module in a determination that the temperature is higher than a preset temperature threshold.
CARRIER PLATE, LOADING SYSTEM AND FREEZE-DRYING SYSTEM
A carrier plate for inserting containers filled with a medical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic substance into a freeze dryer, wherein the carrier plate comprises a plurality of receptacles that are configured to each receive a container. Furthermore, the present application relates to a carrier plate arrangement having a plurality of such carrier plates. Furthermore, the present application relates to a loading system for a freeze dryer, wherein the loading system comprises one or more handling devices and one or more such carrier plates or the carrier plate arrangement. Furthermore, the present application relates to a loading system and to a freeze-drying system having such a loading system.
