A heat treatment device for a PET bottle preform with an integral handle includes an air-cooling knife, a heating furnace, and a transport mechanism. The air-cooling knife is disposed on an outlet side of the heating furnace, the bottle preform is transported into the heating furnace through the transport mechanism, heated in the heating furnace, and transported to the air-cooling knife, and the air-cooling knife jets airflow to and cools a lower end of a handle of the bottle preform, appropriately reducing the temperature at junction of the lower end of the handle and a bottle body so that a gentle transition between the temperature of the bottle body and the temperature of the handle is achieved, and the handle is not easily deformed after the bottle preform is blown, thereby effectively improving the quality of the bottle preform after blown.

The present application is applicable to the field of material making, and there is provided a baking method, device and baking oven including: acquiring a predetermined instruction, and starting timing and cycling the following steps: controlling a first set of pins to support a substrate from an initial position and recording the rising times of the first set of pins; raising the first set of pins to a first preset position, and controlling the first set of pins to move a first preset distance in a first preset direction, wherein the first preset distance is associated with the rising times of the first set of pins; controlling the lowering of the first set of pins such that a second set of pins supports the substrate; and controlling the first set of pins to return to the initial position, when the first set of pins drops to a second preset position.

A roasting furnace for processing ores or concentrates, preferably molybdenum-containing ores or concentrates is described. The roasting furnace contains at least one first rotary lifting system for the displacement of said arm along the axis direction, wherein said first rotary lifting system is a telescopic lifting system, and/or wherein a distance x between two consecutive said stages of said roasting furnace are at least 1.000 m, wherein said distance x is measured along the axis direction. The roasting furnace of has an improved processing capacity and/or a reduction in the number of halts, and consequently is more energy-efficient, more environmentally-friendly and more economically interesting.

FOAMING HEATING SYSTEM
A foaming heating system includes a furnace, a conveying device, a heating device and a plurality of detectors. The furnace has a furnace body, a heating channel and ventilation holes. The conveying device transports foam material passing through the heating channel. The heating device has a heater, a heating tube, a temperature regulator and at least one temperature adjustment pipeline. The plurality of detectors detects the temperature of each section of the heating channel. When a temperature abnormality of a certain section is detected, the temperature of the certain section is adjusted by the at least one temperature adjustment pipeline.
FOAMING HEATING SYSTEM
A foaming heating system includes a furnace, a conveying device, a heating device and a plurality of detectors. The furnace has a furnace body, a heating channel and ventilation holes. The conveying device transports foam material passing through the heating channel. The heating device has a heater, a heating tube, a temperature regulator and at least one temperature adjustment pipeline. The plurality of detectors detects the temperature of each section of the heating channel. When a temperature abnormality of a certain section is detected, the temperature of the certain section is adjusted by the at least one temperature adjustment pipeline.

A transportation device includes a cover member that is displaceable between a closing position for closing an opening of a body case and an opening position for opening the opening, a processing unit that is arranged inside the body case, and performs a specified processing with respect to a medium transported to a working area communicating with the outside of the body case through the opening when the cover member is positioned at the opening position, and a transmitted unit that is positioned at a first position different from a position between the working area and the processing unit when the cover member is positioned at the closing position, and is positioned at a second position which is the position between the working area and the processing unit when the cover member is positioned at the opening position.

An example solar cell production system includes: a firing furnace comprising a plurality of zones and a belt configured to transport photovoltaic cells through a sequence of the plurality of zones, the zones comprising firing elements configured to fire a metallization layer of photovoltaic cells by heating ambient air in the zones to respective temperatures; a cooling chamber configured to cool the photovoltaic cells; a photovoltaic cell tester configured to measure a property of the photovoltaic cells after cooling of the photovoltaic cells in the cooling chamber; and control circuitry configured to control firing elements based on the property of the photovoltaic cells measured by the photovoltaic cell tester.
