Modular industrial energy transfer system
A modular industrial energy transfer system includes a shell and at least one energy transfer unit coupled to the shell. The shell includes a plurality of sidewalls, a ceiling member coupled thereto, and a plurality of mounting structures disposed along the shell. The plurality of sidewalls and the ceiling member cooperate to define an interior volume to accommodate a work product. The at least one energy transfer unit is coupled to the shell via at least one of the plurality of mounting structures and is partially disposed through the shell to generate an airflow pattern through the interior volume of the shell.

Wafer support table
A wafer support table includes a ceramic base and a rod. The ceramic base has a wafer placement surface and includes an RF electrode and a heater electrode that are embedded therein in the mentioned order from the side closer to the wafer placement surface. A hole is formed in the ceramic base to extend from a rear surface toward the RF electrode. The rod is made of Ni or Kovar, is bonded to a tablet exposed at a bottom surface of the hole, and supplies radio-frequency electric power to the RF electrode therethrough. An Au thin film is coated over a region of an outer peripheral surface of the rod ranging from a base end of the rod to a predetermined position.
MICROWAVE TREATMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBON FIBER
Provided is a microwave treatment apparatus that can properly treat a treatment target using microwaves. The apparatus includes: a vessel 10 in which a treatment target 2 is arranged; a microwave irradiating unit 20 that irradiates an internal portion of the vessel 10 with microwaves; and heat generating member 30 that is provided inside the vessel 10 along the treatment target 2, generates heat by absorbing part of microwaves used for irradiation by the microwave irradiating unit 20, and transmits part of the microwaves. The microwave irradiating unit 20 irradiates a portion in which the heat generating member 30 is provided with microwaves, thereby heating the treatment target 2 from the outside through heat generation at the heat generating member 30, and directly heating the treatment target 2 with microwaves transmitted through the heat generating member 30.
