FIREARM ANALYSIS DEVICES
The invention relates to a firearm analysis device for determining parameters which are indicative for a firearm from a shot which has been discharged from the weapon, as well as a corresponding method, a corresponding firearm and a computer program product. The device comprises a voltage generating unit which generates an alternating voltage (Ue) during a counter-recoil travel and/or recoil travel of a movable weapon part occurring during a firing. The device is characterized by a signal processing unit which generates a measurement signal (IN.sub.+) from the generated AC voltage (Ue), a signal evaluation unit which determines a first time point and a second time point during the counter-recoil travel and/or recoil travel of the movable weapon part, and a time determination unit which determines a time period duration between the first time point and the second time point.

Extraction pole assembly for extracting projectiles from a bore
An extraction system for removing an object from a bore, the extraction system comprising an extraction pole assembly comprising a plurality of extraction poles, each extraction pole having a proximal end and a distal end; and a plurality of centering couplers, each centering coupler of the plurality of centering couplers comprising a partial spherical outer surface sized to complement a diameter of the bore, a proximal end configured to couple to a distal end of an extraction pole, and a distal end configured to couple to a proximal end of the extraction pole. The extraction pole assembly can be operable with a press assembly comprising a clamp configured to secure to the structure having the bore, and an extendable member configured to provide an input force to an extraction pole of the extraction pole assembly.
Balance guide for a tubular element
A test apparatus determines the state of torsional balance of an elongate device about its longitudinal axis. It has a base plate, supporting two sets of longitudinally spaced-apart low-friction roller bearings. The second bearings are mounted on the base at a higher location than the first bearings. A support for the second bearings has a side opening to allow lateral movement of the device under test into engagement with the underside of the second bearings which resting on the upper side of the first bearings. The device under test may be a rifle or a golf putter, the barrel or shaft respectively of which is supported on the roller bearings of the first set and in contact with the underside of the second bearings. The device will rotate about the longitudinal axis if not balanced about the axis. It is very easy and convenient for the user to place the tube in the guide to check for balance whenever checking balance of the item. The side opening allows use with a variety of devices having irregular shapes along its length.

System for determining muzzle velocity of a firearm
A system for determining the muzzle velocity of a firearm includes a firearm having a barrel and a gas block. A first sensor is arranged at a gas block and is configured to determine a change in pressure within the gas block. A second sensor is positioned at an end of the barrel of the firearm for detecting a pressure wave produced by a projectile fired by the firearm. A control unit is in communication with the first sensor and the second sensor and is configured to determine a velocity of the projectile based on information received from the first sensor and the second sensor.
ACTION TIMER SWITCH AND SYSTEM FOR INTERNAL BALLISTIC MEASUREMENTS
An action timer start switch, a breech block with an integral action timer start switch and a system for measuring internal ballistic data in a test weapon system are described herein. The action timer start switch includes a through-hammer adjustable contact having a first contact element and a contact switch supported on the breech block having a second contact element. The first contact element is adjustable for contacting the second contact element when the hammer is a position to generating a primer strike. The first contact element may be set by simply positioning the breech block in the in-battery position with the hammer in the ignition position and moving the adjustable contact relative to the contact switch through the breech of the universal receiver.

Firearm trigger pull training system and methods
A firearm training system provides a firearm body having a trigger and a trigger pull sensor circuit. When the trigger is pulled, the trigger pull sensor circuit provides trigger pull path data allowing monitoring of the actual two-dimensional trigger pull path taken by the trigger during the trigger pull. The trigger pull path is graphed on a predetermined map. The system provides a way to monitor trigger pull path to determine whether the trigger has been pulled laterally and/or if the firearm body has moved with respect to a longitudinal axis of the firearm body during the trigger pull. By repeatedly monitoring trigger pulls using the system, a user can train to improve trigger pull technique.
Automatic firing apparatus and method
There is provided an automatic firing apparatus, and a method for operating the automatic firing apparatus, the apparatus comprising a trigger actuator for automatically firing bullets contained in a magazine of a firearm; a magazine release actuator for releasing an empty magazine from the firearm; a magazine bank for storing a bullet magazine inside the firearm; and a magazine loading actuator for loading a new magazine inside the firearm from the magazine bank. There is further provided a magazine bank apparatus for use with a firearm comprising a magazine bank base having a plurality of slots adapted to receive and store bullet magazines; and a magazine load actuator adapted to be automatically triggered for loading a bullet magazine among the stored bullet magazines inside the firearm.
