Method and system for diagnosing wind turbine power generating apparatus
A method of diagnosing a wind turbine power generating apparatus includes: an operation step of operating a pitch actuator corresponding to one of a plurality of wind turbine blades of the wind turbine power generating apparatus, without operating a pitch actuator corresponding to each of the wind turbine blades other than the one of the plurality of wind turbine blades; and a measurement step of measuring a response value indicating a response to operation of the pitch actuator corresponding to the one of the plurality of wind turbine blades. The operation step and the measurement step are performed repeatedly for each of the plurality of wind turbine blades, and the response value is obtained as data for health check of a blade pitch mechanism of the wind turbine power generating apparatus.
Mercury Vapor Apparatus
The invention is an improved mercury vapor apparatus for developing daguerreotype photographs and modified daguerreotype methods for the production of holograms and etched semiconductor masks, or other types based on the daguerreotype process. The improved mercury vapor apparatus uses 99.99% less mercury by weight than the traditional inverted pyramid apparatus used by those skilled in the art. This is accomplished by replacing liquid mercury with a metal plate amalgamated with mercury to serve as the source for mercury vapor, providing improved convenience for chemical handling and safety. The mercury vapor apparatus is easily transported and eliminates any risks due to spilled mercury. Furthermore, the mercury vapor apparatus is adapted for developing daguerreotype plates, and other types based on the daguerreotype process, while in the camera plate holder, effectively blocking actinic light from spoiling the plate and eliminating the need for darkroom facilities.

Closed system chemical handling and delivery system and method
A closed system chemical handling and delivery system includes an enclosure having a sealable opening accommodating the ingress and egress of chemical containers with an interior of the enclosure, a glove opening formed in the enclosure to which a glove is attached to and extends into the interior of the enclosure, a viewing window coupled to the enclosure providing a view into the interior of the enclosure, a chemical delivery drain in fluid communication with the interior of the enclosure, and a mixing valve in selective fluid communication with the chemical delivery drain.
Yellow room system
Arranging an application apparatus, an exposure apparatus, a developing apparatus, and similar apparatus together within a large yellow room makes it difficult to change a layout in association with a change of a recipe and to streamline a layout area and similar parameter. A yellow room system includes: a plurality of portable unit process apparatuses 50 that each have the same standardized outer shape and include a yellow room configured to shield a exposure light to a photosensitive material formed on a workpiece; conveyance containers 11 and 25 that convey the workpiece between the unit process apparatuses and itself is formed as the yellow room; and a light-shielding coupling structure that couples the unit process apparatus, which is formed on a docking port 56 disposed in the upper portion of a front chamber 80 of the unit process apparatus 50, and the conveyance containers together.
