PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION, CURED PRODUCT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CURED PRODUCT
A photosensitive composition capable of forming a cured product with high transparency, a cured product of the photosensitive composition, and a method for producing the cured product using the photosensitive composition. In a photosensitive composition including a base component having photopolymerizability and a photopolymerization initiator, a phosphine oxide compound and an oxime ester compound as a photopolymerization initiator are used in combination such that the ratio of the mass W2 of the oxime ester compound is 35% by mass or more relative to sum of a mass W1 of the phosphine oxide compound and the mass W2 of the oxime ester compound.
OPTICAL SYSTEM AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
Various embodiments may relate to an optical system. The optical system may include a lens structure configured to generate an outgoing Gaussian beam based on an incoming Gaussian beam. The optical system may also include a light source configured to provide the incoming Gaussian beam to the lens structure. The lens structure may be a flat lens or a phase plate.

Systems and methods for generating drop patterns
Devices, systems, and methods (a) receive a predetermined fluid drop volume and an array of cells, wherein each cell in the array is associated with a respective predetermined fluid volume; (b) scan the array of cells according to a scanning sequence for a next unassigned cell and add the next unassigned cell to a respective fill set; (c) add unassigned cells neighboring the next unassigned cell to the respective fill set until an aggregate of the respective predetermined fluid volumes of the cells in the respective fill set equals or exceeds the predetermined fluid drop volume; (d) place a fluid drop in the drop pattern within an area associated with the respective fill set and mark all cells in the respective fill set as assigned; and (e) repeat (b)-(d) until all cells in the array of cells have been assigned and the drop pattern has been generated.
Methods for controlling etch depth by localized heating
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods for controlling etch depth by providing localized heating across a substrate. The method for controlling temperatures across the substrate can include individually controlling a plurality of heating pixels disposed in a dielectric body of a substrate support assembly. The plurality of heating pixels provide temperature distributions on a first surface of the substrate disposed on a support surface of the dielectric body. The temperature distributions correspond to a plurality of portions of at least one grating on a second surface of the substrate to be exposed to an ion beam. Additionally, the temperatures can be controlled by individually controlling light emitting diodes (LEDs) of LED arrays. The substrate is exposed to the ion beam to form a plurality of fins on the at least one grating. The at least one grating has a distribution of depths corresponding to the temperature distributions.
Photocurable composition for three-dimensional stereolithography and three-dimensional object
A photocurable composition for three-dimensional stereolithography which has a lower viscosity and from which a cured product having a high refractive index is obtained, and a three-dimensional object formed by using the composition. The composition is a photocurable composition for three-dimensional stereolithography containing a fluorene monomer, a carbazole monomer, a diluent monomer, and a photopolymerization initiator, the carbazole monomer being contained in an amount of less than 30 wt % with respect to the total amount of the fluorene monomer and the carbazole monomer, and the diluent monomer being contained in an amount of at least 20 wt % with respect to total solids.
Template, method for manufacturing template, and pattern formation method
According to one embodiment, a template includes a base body, and a first film. The base body has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface includes silicon oxide and spreads along a first plane. The second surface crosses the first plane. The first film includes aluminum oxide. A direction from the second surface toward the first film is aligned with a direction perpendicular to the second surface. A thickness of the first film along the direction perpendicular to the second surface is not less than 0.3 nm and not more than 10 μm. The first surface includes an unevenness.
