OSCILLATOR FOR TIMEPIECE MOVEMENT
The invention concerns an oscillator for a timepiece movement, comprising a staff rigidly connected to a balance carrying first and second bipolar magnets spaced apart from the staff and capable, depending on the angular position of the balance, of being positioned alternately within range of a magnetic field produced by a fixed bipolar magnet, the latter being located on the trajectory of the first and second bipolar magnets and being arranged in such a way that, when one of the bipolar magnets approaches the fixed bipolar magnet, identical polarities are located opposite each other in order to produce a repulsive force. The oscillator further comprises a pallet assembly and an escape wheel for establishing a kinematic connection between a source of energy of the timepiece movement and the balance staff, and arranged in such a way that the balance is capable of having a sustained periodic oscillating movement of an amplitude greater than 90 degrees.
Escape lever, movement, and timepiece
An escape lever suppresses energy loss and provides strong resistance to external shocks. An escape lever has a pallet fork; a pallet formed in unison with the pallet fork for engaging the escape wheel; and a pallet staff that is a pivot of the pallet fork and passes through the pallet fork. The pallet has a locking surface that the locking corner of the escape wheel contacts in the unlocking period when the escape wheel is released by the pallet and freed to move. The locking surface is shaped so that the draw angle formed by a normal to the contact point with the locking corner of the escape wheel, and a line through the contact point and the axis of the pallet staff, remains constant during the unlocking period.
Timepiece with a mechanical oscillator
A sprung balance type mechanical timekeeper, includes a spiral spring (10), a balance (20) and an escapement mechanism (30) connected by a point of attachment (12) to the spiral spring and arranged to sustain an oscillation of the balance. The escapement mechanism (30) is connected to the point of attachment (12) of the spiral spring by a chassis (40) pivoted about the axis (A) of the balance. An outer end (12) of the spiral spring (10) is attached to this transverse pert (40) at a location located on one side of the balance axis (A). The chassis (40) includes two branches extending on either side of the axis of the balance (20) and forming a rotary plate whose axis of rotation is coincident with the axis of oscillation of the balance (20). The escapement mechanism (30) is located on the other side of the balance axis (A) and acts on the pivoted chassis (40) so as to free its rotation and thus make the attached end (12) of the spiral spring rotate.

SUBMERGED MECHANICAL TIMEPIECE
The invention relates to a timepiece with an escapement based on resistance to the flow of a fluid, comprising a pump arranged for continuously and uninterruptedly pumping said fluid.
Sunrise influenced window shade alarm clock
A window shade alarm system for gently awakening a user. The window shade is connected to the Internet and opens such that light gradually increases in a room. Thus waking a user less abruptly than a traditional audio alarm. The window shade stores user selected modes and can control wireless enabled lights within a room to simulate the gradual increase of light at sunrise. The alarm system is connected to remote activated devices for the convenience of the user.
