An agent executing on a processor may programmatically negotiate parameters for an agreement based on rules and/or computing models. The agent may generate a smart contract comprising a transcript of communications and executable code operable to enforce the parameters. The smart contract may be stored in a blockchain.

A cryptographically secured voting process that includes applying a blinding process on a voting serial number during registration to hide the vote serial number from a registration authority so there is no way for the registration authority to associate the voting serial number with an identity credential of a voter. The voting process may include applying to a ballot an encrypted voting ticket identifier where the ballot has vote selections, y, and the encrypted voting ticket identifier is s′(x), where, x is a voting ticket id, and function s′( ) is private signer function of an election authority. The voting ticket identifier may be randomly generated. The voting process furthermore including: applying to the ballot an error check hash of the vote selections and the encrypted voting ticket identifier where the error check hash=h(y+s′(x)), where y+s′(x) is a concatenation of y and s′(x).

DISTRIBUTED LEDGER-BASED DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATIONS AND COLLABORATIONS
Systems and methods for creating and managing decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) using distributed ledgers are provided. An investor can submit a proposal for disbursement of funds from the DAO for the creation of digital objects. The DAO can be associated with a set of voting share tokens that can be provided to the investors according to their contributions to the DAO. When investors use their tokens to vote on the proposal, a smart contract deployed to a distributed ledger for the DAO can review the votes and the corresponding tokens to determine if the proposal is approved. If so, funds from the DAO can be provided to content creators for the creation of digital objects that can be published to a digital object marketplace. Financial distributions resulting from the sale of these digital objects can be automatically provided to investors according to their respective voting share tokens.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTONOMOUS PORTFOLIO PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
A method for facilitating self-management of an investment portfolio using smart contracts is provided. The method includes: displaying a user interface that includes prompts for facilitating user input relating to the investment portfolio; receiving, via the user interface, proposed rules for executing trades relating to the investment portfolio; retrieving news information relating to the investment portfolio; analyzing the rules and the retrieved news information to determine trades to be executed with respect to a financial instrument; executing the trades; and transmitting, to the user interface, a message that includes explanatory information relating to each trade. A smart contract that is generated based on the proposed rules may be displayed on the user interface, and the smart contract may also be installed on a blockchain that is accessible to other prospective investors, thereby facilitating additional input regarding proposed rules for executing trades.

Mobile voting and voting verification system and method
A mobile voting system and method are provided. The mobile voting system may include a mobile messaging aggregator configured to receive voter verification requests from one or more mobile carriers, and a mobile voter verification server configured to verify a voter's identity in response to a voter verification request and generate a link to a mobile ballot once the voter's identity has been verified. The mobile messaging aggregator may cause the link to the mobile ballot to be transmitted to a mobile device of the voter, which when selected by the voter, allows the voter to cast a vote.

Presented herein is an interactive platform for judging an activity by a participant in an event. The platform includes a client application program downloadable to a mobile device. The program may include a database storing a mobile device identifier (ID), a user ID, user information, and location data of the device. The application may further be configured to display one or more events of the activity as well as an input for receiving a score of the activity from the user. The platform may additionally include a server system connected with the client application programs via a communication network. The server system may be configured for receiving the mobile device ID, the user ID, the user information, and the location data for the client program, and may further be configured to receive the scores from the users, and to adjust the scores according to determined bias of the associated user.
