The present invention relates to an electronic voting system and an electronic voting method. The system for electronic voting includes an operation computer including at least one processor and a memory coupled to the processor, wherein the processor causes the system to: perform user authentication of voting participants who wish to participate in the online electronic voting; anonymize information of the voting participants whose the user authentication has been completed; give unique identification information to each of the voting participants who have completed anonymization process; and collect the voting information that the electronic voting has been conducted using the unique identification information given to the voting participants, and count the collected voting information as voting results.
Facilitating shareholder voting and associated proxy rights
A computer-implemented method, comprises providing, by a platform server configured to hold security assets on behalf of a plurality of user accounts, a plurality of user accounts hosted by the platform server, each of the plurality of user accounts holding shares of a common equity with associated shareholder voting rights. The platform server receives a request to send proxy voting rights, wherein the proxy voting rights indicate a desire of the first user to transfer a shareholder voting instruction to a second user. The platform server determines based on transaction history of one or more user accounts of the plurality of user accounts, one or more recommended proxy users for transferring the proxy voting rights. The platform server transmits to the application executing on the device associated with the first user, a request to select one of the recommended proxy users. Upon receiving a selected proxy user from the first user, the platform server provides the shareholder voting instruction to enable proxy voting by the selected proxy user on behalf of the first user.
System and method for cryptographic choice mechanisms
The present invention provides an improved system and method for using cryptography to secure computer-implemented choice mechanisms. In several preferred embodiments, a process is provided for securing participants' submissions while simultaneously providing the capability of validating their submissions. This is referred to as a random permutation. In several other preferred embodiments, a process is provided for securing participants' advance instructions while simultaneously providing the capability of validating their advance instructions. This is referred to as a secure advance instruction. Applications include voting mechanisms, school choice mechanisms, and auction mechanisms.
Facilitating shareholder voting and associated proxy rights
An asset management platform including a payment server configured to process payments and hold security assets on behalf of a plurality of user accounts, each of the plurality of user accounts holding fractional shares of a common equity with associated shareholder voting rights. The asset management platform includes a mobile application executing on devices of users associated with the user accounts and provides a user interface to submit a shareholder vote associated with a voting instruction. The payment server receives the shareholder votes from each of user accounts and determines a first set of shareholder votes of whole share amounts and a second set of shareholder votes of fractional share amounts. The payment server identifies a group of fractional votes from the second set of votes and collates the group of fractional votes to create an aggregated fractional vote equal to one or more shareholder votes. The first set of shareholder votes and the aggregated fractional vote can then be submitted as shareholder votes for the group of user accounts.

Systems and methods for determining the impact of issue outcomes
A system for predicting and prescribing actions for impacting policymaking outcomes may include at least one processor configured to access first information scraped from the Internet to identify, for a particular pending policy, information about a plurality of policymakers slated to make a determination on the pending policy. The processor may parse the scraped first information to determine an initial prediction relating to an outcome of the pending policy. The processor may access second information to identify an action likely to change at least one of the initial prediction and the propensity of at least one policymaker, to thereby generate a subsequent prediction corresponding to an increase in a likelihood of achieving the desired outcome. The processor may display to the system user a recommendation to take the action in order to increase the likelihood of achieving the desired outcome.

System and method providing enhanced security ballot image records
The system and method providing enhanced security ballot image records of the present invention includes an enhanced security ballot image tabulator and an enhanced security ballot image audit station. The tabulator processes each ballot of a plurality of ballots to be tabulated to provide an enhanced security ballot image record having diachronically and synchronically coordinated enhanced security ballot image files, each for another ballot of the plurality of ballots to be tabulated. The enhanced security ballot image record may be broadcast upon completion of tabulation and/or simulcast real time during tabulation or otherwise provided such as on a secure media upon completion of tabulation to the public or other parties interested in the tabulation of cast votes. The enhanced security audit station receives the enhanced security ballot image record and analyzes it to selectively identify out-of-bounds diachronic and/or synchronic security parameters. Any identified ballots may then be reviewed by election officials or other interested parties for validity and authentication purposes. The tabulator may be used to also produce images of the voter sign-in sheets, for the purpose of analytic correlation with the enhanced security files of the enhanced security ballot image record and their tabulation.
