VALUABLE MEDIUM HANDLING APPARATUS, VALUABLE MEDIUM HANDLING SYSTEM, AND IDENTIFICATION METHOD
Provided is a valuable medium handling apparatus that handles a valuable medium and includes: an acquisition unit that acquires information on an operation result of the valuable medium handling apparatus; and an output unit that outputs, to an external apparatus, first identification information which includes the information on the operation result of the valuable medium handling apparatus acquired by the acquisition unit and which is used for identification of the valuable medium handling apparatus.
Method and system for identifying and determining valuation of currency
A method and system is provided for determining the denomination and related data for a currency item using a personal computing device, such as a mobile phone. The device includes or is connected to an image capture device that is preferably a digital video camera. At least one image of a target currency item is captured then processed for image quality. A further processing of the image includes a coordinate mapping. A comparison is made between individual pixels of the processed image based on the assigned coordinate mapping with a database of reference currency images to determine the currency denomination. Additional processing of the currency image provides the date and other data regarding the target currency item. A market value for the target currency item is identified by reference to a valuation database using the data determined for the currency item.
COIN COUNTING APPARATUS INCLUDING BAD COIN SORTING UNIT
The present invention includes a coin sorting part in which a plurality of coin sorting holes are formed in a circumferential direction and a coin separation plate on which a coin guide portion for guiding the coins to the coin sorting part is formed, a bad coin discharge unit installed in the coin guide portion of the coin separation unit and configured to detect whether the coin moving to be sorted is a bad coin and sort the bad coin, a coin supply unit configured to supply the coins to be sorted and moved along the coin guide portion, and a coin transfer unit elastically pressed against the coin separation unit and configured to move the coin input from the coin supply unit to the coin guide portion and the coin sorting holes in a state in which the coins are pressed against the coin separation plate.
Inspection system and inspection device
The present disclosure is related to an inspection system capable of inspecting a plurality of gaming chips. A game chip of the plurality of game chips includes a wireless tag storing first chip information and to which the optically readable second chip information is on a side of the game chip. The inspection system includes an inspection device configured to inspect one or more game chips. The inspection device includes a wireless tag reader configured to read the wireless tag of the game chip and acquire the first chip information. The inspection device includes a camera configured to reading the side surface of the game chip to obtain the second chip information. The inspection device includes a unit configured to determine whether the game chip passes one or more rules based on the first chip information and the second chip information.
METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING COIN
The present disclosure relates to a method for identifying a coin, and more particularly, to a coin identifying method capable of simultaneously identifying a type of coin and whether the coin is defective. In the coin identifying method of the present disclosure, since the type of coin and whether the coin is defective are simultaneously determined, there is an advantage that efficiency and reliability of identification can be improved.
COIN PAD FOR COIN PROCESSING SYSTEM
A resilient coin sorting pad for imparting motion to a plurality of coins is provided, the resilient coin sorting pad designed to be coupled to a rotatable disc of a coin sorter, the resilient coin sorting pad being generally circular and having an outer periphery edge. The resilient coin sorting pad comprises a lower foam layer having a top surface, an upper skin layer coupled to the top surface of the foam layer, and a layer of mesh material. According to some embodiments, the upper skin layer comprises at least one layer of nitrile rubber and the layer of mesh material is nylon fiber mesh. According to some embodiments, the upper skin layer comprises at least two layers of nitrile rubber and the layer of mesh material is positioned between the at least two layers of nitrile rubber.
COIN PROCESSING DEVICE
A coin processing device including: a material detection sensor including first and second coils facing each other with a coin passage interposed therebetween; an outer diameter detection sensor including ring-shaped third and fourth coils that surround the first and second coils, respectively; a first oscillation circuit connected to the material detection sensor that oscillates a first oscillation signal in an individual connection state and a series connected state and is connected to the material detection sensor and the outer diameter detection sensor; a second oscillation circuit connected to the outer diameter detection sensor that oscillates a second oscillation signal in the individual connection state; a switching unit that switches the individual connection state and the series connection state; a coin identification unit that detects an outer diameter of a coin using the second oscillation signal in the individual connection state or the first oscillation signal in the series connection state.
COIN SORTING DISC WITH COIN FLOW MANAGEMENT FEATURES
