The system may comprise one or more storage machines holding instructions executable by one or more logic machines to actualize the operations of, determining an assistance requester's GPS location, determining an assistance provider's GPS location, and displaying the assistance provider's GPS location to the assistance requester. Displaying the assistance provider's GPS location to the assistance requester may include displaying a distance between the assistance requester and the assistance provider. Displaying the assistance provider's GPS location to the assistance requester may include displaying a service cost for the assistance provider's service. The assistance requester and assistance provider may be independent vessels.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVER IN SHIP NAVIGATION ASSISTANCE SYSTEM, SHIP NAVIGATION ASSISTANCE METHOD, AND SHIP NAVIGATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The present invention provides navigation assistance that is for small ships and that enables clear depiction of a radar image. An administrative server in a ship navigation assistance system, the server being equipped with: a communication means that performs, via a network, data transmission/reception with a user terminal which is connected to a device for detecting a target; and a vertex information management means that, of a plurality of target vertices extracted on the basis of detection result information of the target, identifies vertices moving together as a group as belonging to the same target, wherein, on the basis of the vertices that have been identified as belonging to the same target, the communication means transmits an instruction to the user terminal to display a rough outline of said target.

AUXILIARY BERTHING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR VESSEL
The present invention provides an auxiliary berthing method and system for a vessel. Position information of a vessel relative to a berth is determined by a solar blind ultraviolet imaging method; meanwhile, by a GPS method, an attitude angle of the vessel relative to the berth is determined by at least two GPS receivers. Thus, the vessel can be berthed safely when getting close to the shore at low visibility. Further, in the method and device of the present invention, it can be preferable to integrate coordinate data and angle data received by a solar blind ultraviolet imaging module and GPS signal receiving modules by a normalized correlation algorithm and a data fusion algorithm, so as to improve the positioning accuracy.

AUXILIARY BERTHING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR VESSEL
The present invention provides an auxiliary berthing method and system for a vessel. In the berthing method, by a solar blind ultraviolet imaging method, a position and an attitude of a vessel relative to a shoreline of a port berth during berthing are calculated by at least two solar blind ultraviolet imaging modules according to light signals received by a solar blind ultraviolet light source array arranged in advance on the shore. Further, when more than three solar blind ultraviolet imaging modules are used, in the method and device of the present invention, a normalized correlation algorithm and a data fusion algorithm are used to improve the accuracy of the position and attitude data of the vessel.
ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE-BASED WATERWAY INFORMATION SYSTEM
Artificial-intelligence-based river information system. In an embodiment, a first training dataset is used to train a travel time prediction model to predict a travel time along the waterway for a given trip. In addition, a second training dataset is used to train a river level prediction model to predict a river level along the waterway for a given time. For each of a plurality of trips, a request is received that specifies the trip and a time of the trip, and, in response to the request, the travel time prediction model is used to predict a travel time for the trip, and the river level prediction model is used to predict a river level of the waterway at one or more points along the trip. Then, a voyage plan is generated based on one or both of the predicted travel time and the predicted river level.

NAVIGATION INFORMATION DEVICE AND METHOD
A navigation information device is provided with a position acquisition unit for acquiring a position information of its own ship, a memory for storing display settings corresponding to a waypoint that is a via point on a planned route, and a display processing unit for performing generation processing for generating a screen in which the position information is superimposed on a chart, and performing change processing for changing display settings to display settings corresponding to the waypoint based on a positional relationship between the position information and the waypoint.
Image generating device and method of generating image
The purpose is to provide an image generating device which generates a synthesized image from which one is able to intuitively grasp a relation between an image and a traveling position of a water-surface movable body. The image generating device includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires attitude information indicative of an attitude of a camera or a ship where the camera is installed. The processing circuitry acquires a traveling route of the ship based on a detection result of at least one of a position and a direction of the ship. The processing circuitry generates traveling route display data based on the attitude information and the traveling route. The processing circuitry generates a synthesized image in which the traveling route display data is synthesized with an image outputted from the camera.
