Generation system of synthesized sound in music instruments
A generation system (100) of synthesized sound comprises: a first stage (1), wherein features (F) are extracted from an input raw sound and parameters of said features are evaluated; a second stage (2) wherein the evaluated parameters are used to create a plurality of physical models that are metrically evaluated in order to find the parameters of the best physical model, and a third stage (3) wherein the parameters of the best physical model are perturbed in order to create perturbed physical models and a metric evaluated of the perturbed physical models is performed to find the parameters of the best physical model.
Thumb bar controller
The Thumb Bar Controller is a bar that runs the width of the electronic musical keyboard playing area, (plus whatever is needed for the lever attachment), connected by two armsrests just below the top, and approximately one inch away from the keys. It gives the performer control over two (or more) functions with the thumb of the playing hand, that would otherwise require the other hand or foot pedals, allowing a person with the disability of one arm/hand, to be as proficient as a person with two. It can be used for controlling pitch bend, modulation, MIDI specification controllers, various electronic controls, and product specific controls. The bar can be attached in numerous ways, could use a variety of spring type mechanisms to control it. It can be mounted externally or made as an integral part of the keyboard, with openings for the bar connections and movement required.
Vocal Music Production Apparatus
A vocal music production apparatus for converting vocalized music to produced instrumentals includes a housing front side, a housing back side, a housing left side, a housing right side, a housing top side, and a housing bottom side. A touch screen is coupled to the housing within the housing front side. A microprocessor is coupled within the housing and is in operational communication with the touch screen. The microprocessor includes a digital synthesizer to convert vocal audio inputs to digital music. A microphone, a speaker, a headphone jack, and a battery are coupled to the housing and are in operational communication with the microprocessor. A port is coupled to the housing and is in operational communication with the microprocessor and the battery. A plurality of control buttons is coupled to the housing and is in operational communication with the microprocessor.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MUSIC SIMULATION VIA MOTION SENSING
The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and devices for music simulation. The methods may include determining one or more simulation actions based on data associated with one or more simulation actions acquired by at least one sensor. The methods may further include determining, based on at least one of the one or more simulation actions and a mapping relationship between simulation actions and corresponding musical instruments, a simulation musical instrument that matches with the one or more simulation actions. The methods may further include determining, based on the one or more simulation actions, one or more first features associated with the simulation musical instrument. The methods may further include playing music based on the one or more first features.
APPARATUS FOR TRACKING THE FUNDAMENTAL FREQUENCY OF A SIGNAL WITH HARMONIC COMPONENTS STRONGER THAN THE FUNDAMENTAL
Methods and digital circuits providing frequency correction to frequency synthesizers are disclosed. An FLL digital circuit is provided that is configured to handle a reference frequency that is dynamic and ranges over a multi-decade range of frequencies. The FLL circuit includes a digital frequency iteration engine that allows for detection of disappearance of a reference frequency. When the digital frequency iteration engine detects that the reference frequency signal is not available, the oscillator generated frequency is not corrected, and the last value of the oscillator generated frequency is held until the reference frequency signal becomes available again. This FLL circuit is also preceded by a low-pass filter which is dynamically tuned to the frequency to which the FLL locks, eliminating harmonic components in the original signal which might otherwise cause errors in frequency estimation.
Aligning the augmented reality or virtual reality world with the real world using natural position understanding
A method and system for selecting an instantiation point for a virtual asset relative to a physical space, the method including and system operable for: prompting a user to place a device at a desired position/alignment in the physical space; capturing the position/alignment with respect to a real world frame of reference; translating the position/alignment with respect to the real world frame of reference to a frame of reference in virtual space; and spawning the virtual asset in the virtual space at/with the translated position/alignment. The device includes one of a smartphone with a camera and a 6 degree-of-freedom controller.
Monitoring device for a passenger transport system, testing method and passenger transport system
A monitoring device for monitoring a passenger transport system includes at least one sensor, a control unit, a bus, and at least one bus node connected to the bus. The bus node has a microprocessor and an inspection unit for data exchange with the control unit. A first program module in the microprocessor detects a state change of the sensor that is connected to an input of the microprocessor via a transmission line and spontaneously transmits a corresponding state message to the control unit. A second program module in the inspection unit, after receiving an instruction from the control unit, transmits an activation signal to a coupling point in the bus node that simulates a state change of the sensor, the activation signal being superimposed on a sensor signal and/or being coupled into a power supply line connected to the sensor.
