DETECTING MEDIA WATERMARKS IN MAGNETIC FIELD DATA
Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture (e.g., physical storage media) to detect media watermarks in magnetic field data are disclosed herein. Example media monitors disclosed herein include a magnetic field estimator to determine first magnetic field data, the magnetic field estimator in communication with a magnetometer. Disclosed example media monitors also include a correlator to correlate the first magnitude field data with a reference sequence to determine second magnetic field data. Disclosed example media monitors further include a watermark decoder to process the second magnetic field data to detect an audio watermark encoded in an audio signal.
DIGITAL WATERMARKING APPARATUS, DIGITAL WATERMARK EXTRACTION APPARATUS, DIGITAL WATERMARKING METHOD, DIGITAL WATERMARK EXTRACTION METHOD AND PROGRAM
An electronic watermark embedding apparatus according to an embodiment is an electronic watermark embedding apparatus capable of embedding an electronic watermark into a decoding circuit of secret-key encryption, and includes an embedding unit configured to generate the decoding circuit. The decoding circuit is embedded with the electronic watermark by being input with a common parameter generated in a setup of the secret-key encryption, a secret key of the secret-key encryption, and the electronic watermark, and is capable of decoding an encrypted text encrypted using the secret-key encryption.
MEDIA CONTENT FEED FORMAT FOR MANAGEMENT OF CONTENT IN A CONTENT HOSTING WEBSITE
A system and method for providing a content feed file for a content file to a content host. The method comprises delivering the content file and the content feed file to the content host, wherein the content feed file comprises one or more policies and the one or more policies direct the content host to manage the content file according to the one or more policies. After the content host processes the content file according to the provided policies, the content owner receives a status report wherein the status report comprises information about actions taken by the content host according to the one or more policies.
CONTEXT-BASED MEDIA INDEXING
Indexing of media sources available to media composition applications, such as video editing applications and digital audio workstations, is extended to sources of an arbitrary type, including non-file type sources. Examples of such sources include devices using baseband video and audio protocols, network ports and physical devices connected via USB, Thunderbolt, etc. The sources are discovered and indexed even when not previously known to the application with the result that any available bitstream becomes available to the application. Applications access the sources via feeders, which are addressable portals through which media essence is received. The indexing methods involve the instantiation of a hierarchy of plug-in software modules by a format-handling subsystem of the application or by a media indexing service servicing one or more applications.
Method, apparatus and system for embedding data within a data stream
The invention resides in a method of placing a code, having a plurality of digits, in original data having media data including audio data, such as a music video, piece of music or music track, to produce coded data. The method determining an area of original data where a digit of the code can be placed to inhibit detection using a placement criteria. A coding strategy determines at least one of the format or location of a digit of the code in coded data. The or each digit of the code has a melodic or sympathetic relationship with a characteristic, such as an audio characteristic, of the corresponding original data in the at the location in which it is placed. Digits are added to the original data and outputting coded data. Similarly, the invention resides in a method for decoding and devices and systems for implementing said methods.
Image sensor, image pickup apparatus, image sensor-identifying method, image forgery-preventing method, and image alternation-limiting method
An image sensor 30 includes an image information processing unit 4 that forms integrated information in which image sensor identification information capable of identifying the image sensor 30 and image information obtained by an analog/digital conversion unit 25 are associated with each other, and an image information output unit 24 that outputs the integrated information to an external unit.
Method and system for generating watermark on the basis of graphic, terminal, and medium
The invention provides a method and system for generating a watermark on the basis of graphic, a terminal, and a medium. The method includes acquiring a watermark image and at least one watermark unit image; acquiring watermark encryption information; determining the distribution information of the watermark unit images in the watermark image according to the watermark encryption information and a preset encryption model, the distribution information comprising imaging regions of the watermark unit images in the watermark image; and overlaying each watermark unit image into a corresponding imaging region in the watermark image to generate the watermark. The watermark encryption information has a one-to-one corresponding relationship with the distribution information of the watermark unit images in the watermark image, and the corresponding relationship can be defined by a user so that others cannot crack the watermark without knowing the encryption model, thereby improving the watermark cracking difficulty. Moreover, the method can generate the watermark according to the watermark image and the watermark unit images input by the user, and provide personalized customization of the watermark under the function of encryption to improve the user experience.
Cartridge management device, cartridge management system, method for operating cartridge management device, and program
A library controller including a storage executes first registration processing of, in a case where registration completion information indicating registration completion in a cartridge management system is not stored in a cartridge memory provided in a cartridge, registering identification information for identifying the cartridge and the registration completion information in the cartridge memory, overwriting prohibition processing of prohibiting overwriting to the identification information and the registration completion information registered in the cartridge memory, second registration processing of registering the identification information in the storage, and execution processing of executing reading and writing of user data from and to the cartridge in a case where the identification information stored in the storage coincides with the identification information stored in the cartridge memory.
Method and System for Seamless Media Synchronization and Handoff
A method performed by a portable media player device. The method receives a microphone signal that includes audio content output by an audio playback device via a loudspeaker. The method determines identification information regarding the audio content, wherein the identification information is determined through an acoustic signal analysis of the microphone signal. In response to determining that the audio playback device has ceased outputting the audio content, the method retrieves from local memory of the portable media player device or a remote device with which the portable media player device is communicatively coupled, an audio signal that corresponds to the audio content and drives a speaker that is not part of the audio playback device using the audio signal to continue outputting the audio content and any additional audio content related to the audio content.
Encryption method, decryption method, encryption system and decryption system
An encryption method includes an operation method of an encryption system and is a method of encrypting encryption target information.
