Health Inventory
A process to securely store and manage patient healthcare information. The patient provides some information that is available to selected healthcare providers thereby avoiding repeating the same information to each treating healthcare provider. Healthcare providers may also store information about the patient on the system to make that information available to other treating healthcare providers. The information is owned by the patient and is portable with the patient.
DEVICE AGNOSTIC SLEEP STAGING
The invention provides systems and methods that stage sleep in patients using wearable devices regardless of the brand or features of the wearable device. Data collected from wearable devices are assigned a sleep stage regardless of manufacture or mode of operation. Methods provide precise and accurate sleep stage information to physicians via an online portal of the system, offering patients suffering from poor sleep opportunities for better medical outcomes. Methods include preprocessing data for a subject from a first sensor on a first wearable device; based on a type of the wearable device into standardized data and analyzing the standardized to identify sleep stages. Second data from a second wearable device with different formats or different content is also preprocessed a format matching that of the standardized data.
GUIDELINE-BASED DECISION SUPPORT
A system for decision support includes a path unit for determining a determined path through a decision tree that leads to a determined recommendation node including a determined recommendation. The decision tree comprises condition nodes and recommendation nodes, wherein a condition node comprises a condition associated with a particular branch of the decision tree. A recommendation node comprises a recommendation associated with the one or more conditions of the one or more condition nodes on a path towards the recommendation node. The path unit is arranged for taking into account the conditions of the condition nodes along the path by applying the conditions to a set of parameters. The system comprises an explanation unit for generating an explanation of a reason for the determined recommendation based on at least one of the condition nodes on the path that leads to the recommendation node.

METHODS FOR LOWERING BLOOD PRESSURE WITH A DIHYDROPYRIDINE-TYPE CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKER PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION
A method is provided for lowering blood pressure in a subject in need thereof by administering a dihydropyridine-type calcium channel blocker pharmaceutical composition to a subject qualified for over-the-counter access to the dihydropyridine-type calcium channel blocker pharmaceutical composition. In some embodiments, the dihydropyridine-type calcium channel blocker pharmaceutical composition includes isradipine, nifedipine, or nisoldipine. In some embodiments, the dihydropyridine-type calcium channel blocker pharmaceutical composition includes 3-O-ethyl 5-O-methyl 2-(2-aminoethoxymethyl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-6-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES WITH RECORD OBJECTS BASED ON ENTITY RELATIONSHIPS
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for matching electronic activities with record objects based on entity relationships. The method can include accessing a plurality of electronic activities, identifying an electronic activity, identifying a first participant associated with a first entity and a second participant associated with a second entity, determining whether a record object identifier is included in the electronic activity, identifying a first record object of the system of record that includes an instance of the record object identifier, and storing an association between the electronic activity and the first record object. The method can include determining a second record object corresponding to the second entity, identifying, using a matching policy, a third record object linked to the second record object and identifying a third entity, and storing, by the one or more processors, an association between the electronic activity and the third record object.
HANDLING OF AGE TRANSMITTED DATA IN MEDICAL DEVICE SYSTEM
An example of a system for review of clinical data includes a medical device configured to receive patient data signals from patient interface devices coupled to the medical device, and an auxiliary device configured to communicatively couple to the medical device via a communication channel and including an output device, a memory, a communication interface, and a processor configured to establish the communication channel, estimate a transmission age for the patient data, receive the patient data from the medical device via the communication channel, determine a patient data age based on at least one of the transmission age and a playback selection age, select a patient data age threshold based on a patient data context, compare the patient data age to the patient data age threshold to determine a patient data age indication, and provide the patient data and the patient data age indication at the output device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTONOMOUSLY GENERATING PERSONALIZED CARE PLANS
A method for autonomously generating a care plan personalized for a patient is disclosed. The method includes receiving a selection of a type of the care plan to implement for the patient, generating the care plan based on the type selected, wherein the care plan includes an action instruction based on a patient graph of the patient and a knowledge graph including ontological medical data, receiving patient data that indicates health related information associated with the patient, modifying the care plan to generate a modified care plan in real-time or near real-time based on the patient data, and causing the modified care plan to be presented on a computing device of a medical personnel.
