WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a plurality of wire-like transmission members; and a sheet to which the plurality of wire-like transmission members are fixed, wherein an intersection region portion where the plurality of wire-like transmission members are disposed on the sheet to intersect with each other is provided, and the intersection region portion includes a bending position.
METHODS AND STRUCTURES FOR TERMINATING CABLE GROUND WIRES
A method for connecting a ground wire of cable comprises the steps of: receiving a ground wire of the cable, over one or more core signal conductors of the cable, in an open, connection slot or notch of a respective grounding section of a grounding structure; and restraining the ground wire so that the ground wire physically contacts a body of the respective grounding section and forms an electrical ground path with the body of the section.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a first wire harness that includes a first electric wire, a first shielding member, and a first connector; a second wire harness that includes a second electric wire, a second shielding member, and a second connector; and a connection member that electrically connects a drain wire of the first shielding member and a drain wire of the second shielding member to each other. A drain wire drawn out from an end portion of the first shielding member on the first connector side is grounded. A drain wire drawn out from an end portion of the second shielding member on the second connector side is inserted into a vacant cavity of the second connector.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a main line portion in which a plurality of electric wires are gathered; a plurality of branch line portions formed by branching the plurality of electric wires from an end portion of the main line portion; a water sealing portion that closes a gap between the plurality of branch line portions at a branch portion where the plurality of branch line portions branch from the end portion of the main line portion; and a resin portion molded to cover the water sealing portion in a state in which the resin portion is in close contact with an outer peripheral portion of the main line portion adjacent to the branch portion and outer peripheral portions of the plurality of branch line portions adjacent to the branch portion.
Wire holder device
A wire holder device is disclosed. The wire holder device may have four main faces and one wire channel running across the main face. Wire holder members may have four wire channel sections, which may have different volumes, that may be a slot for holding a wire. Between the wire holder members may be an unframed base section, which may provide a platform for a wire tie.
CABLE, CABLE MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND PROTECTIVE MEMBER REMOVAL METHOD
A cable includes: a cable main body; a first adhesive layer in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the cable main body; a protective member that covers an end part of the cable main body; an outer peripheral member that covers a part of the protective member; and a second adhesive layer on an inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral member and in contact with the protective member. Adhesive strength of the second adhesive layer is larger than adhesive strength of the first adhesive layer.
ULTRATHIN LOW-VOLTAGE ELECTRIC WIRE FOR AN AUTOMOBILE, AND WIRE HARNESS INCLUDING SAME
Provided is an ultrathin low-voltage electric wire for an automobile that includes a conductor part and an insulating layer covering the outer periphery of the conductor part, wherein the insulating layer includes a resin composition containing 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride resin, 29 to 31 parts by mass of a trimellitic acid-based ester plasticizer, 0.3 to 1.0 parts by mass of a processing aid, and 7 to 11 parts by mass of a thermal stabilizer, the conductor part has a cross-sectional area of 0.13±0.02 mm.sup.2, and the insulating layer has a thickness of 0.16 to 0.25 mm.
WIRE HARNESS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a first wire that is electrically connectable to a first connector installed in a vehicle; a second wire that is electrically connected to the first wire; a third wire that is electrically connected to the first wire; a connection where the first wire, the second wire, and the third wire are electrically connected to each other; a tubular first shield that surrounds an outer periphery of the connection and an outer periphery of the first wire; and a tubular second shield that surrounds an outer periphery of a portion of the first shield and an outer periphery of the second wire, the portion of the first shield surrounding the outer periphery of the connection.
SHEATHED WIRE HARNESS
A sheathed wire harness includes connectors to be fitted to counterpart connectors, electric wires connected to the connectors, and a fibrous resin cloth that is connected to the electric wires and surrounds the electric wires. The resin cloth includes a cover portion that can be moved to a closed position in which portions of the electric wires near the connectors are covered, and moved to an open position in which the portions of the electric wires near the connectors are exposed.
SHIELDED HARNESS
A shielded harness is simply constructed such that covered wires are fitted into a groove of a molded body, and then an opening of the groove is covered with a metal casing. This simple structure allows noise to be released to the metal casing, which functions as a ground, via a metal plate constituting the molded body when the noise is generated at a control system unit or comes from an external device. The metal casing of the shielded harness can be used as a housing of a device, such as a power converter, and therefore, a fixing tool is not required for wiring, and the wiring is made easy. Moreover, compared with a conventional shielded wire, this shielded harness has a small number of parts and is produced by an easy method, thereby allowing reduction in production cost.
