Disclosed herein is an inductor component that includes a magnetic core having magnetic thin ribbons laminated in a z-direction, a first coil conductor inserted into first and second through holes penetrating the magnetic core in the z-direction, and a second coil conductor inserted into third and fourth through holes penetrating the magnetic core in the z-direction. Each of the magnetic thin ribbons is divided into a plurality of small pieces by net-shaped cracks. A periphery of each of the first to fourth through holes is surrounded by the plurality of small pieces without being circumferentially divided by a slit having a size larger than the crack.
Transformer, electromagnetic device and manufacturing method of the transformer
A transformer, a method for manufacturing the same and an electromagnetic device are disclosed. The transformer includes a base plate, a magnetic core, transmission wire layers and conductive parts. The base plate includes a central part defining multiple inner via holes each running through the base plate and a peripheral part defining multiple outer via holes each running through the base plate. An annular accommodating groove is defined between the central pan and the peripheral part. The magnetic core is received in the accommodating groove. The transmission wire layers may be disposed respectively on two opposite sides of the base plate. Each of the transmission wire layers includes multiple wire patterns. Multiple conductive parts are respectively disposed in the inner via holes and the outer via holes.
Transformer, electromagnetic device and manufacturing method of the transformer
A transformer, a method for manufacturing the same and an electromagnetic device are disclosed. The transformer includes a base plate, a magnetic core, transmission wire layers and conductive parts. The base plate includes a central part defining multiple inner via holes each running through the base plate and a peripheral part defining multiple outer via holes each running through the base plate. An annular accommodating groove is defined between the central pan and the peripheral part. The magnetic core is received in the accommodating groove. The transmission wire layers may be disposed respectively on two opposite sides of the base plate. Each of the transmission wire layers includes multiple wire patterns. Multiple conductive parts are respectively disposed in the inner via holes and the outer via holes.

An electronic device includes a multilevel lamination structure having a core layer, dielectric layers and conductive features formed in metal layers on or between respective ones or pairs of the dielectric layers. The core layer and the dielectric layers extend in respective planes of orthogonal first and second directions and are stacked along an orthogonal third direction. The conductive features include a first patterned conductive feature having multiple conductive turns in each of a first pair of the metal layers to form a first winding having a first turn and a final turn adjacent to one another in the same metal layer of the first pair, and a second patterned conductive feature having multiple conductive turns in a second pair of the metal layers to form a second winding having a first turn and a final turn.

A coil component including an element assembly that includes a support substrate having a cavity, a first coil disposed on a first principal surface of the support substrate, a second coil disposed on a second principal surface of the support substrate, and a magnetic portion. The coil component further includes first and second outer electrodes electrode electrically coupled to the first coil, and third and further outer electrodes electrically coupled to the second coil. Each outer electrode is disposed on the surface of the element assembly. The cavity of the support substrate, the core portion of the first coil, and the core portion of the second coil overlap at least one another when viewed in the direction perpendicular to the principal surface. The magnetic portion is disposed in at least the cavity and the two core portions. Also, the support substrate is formed of sintered ferrite.

A coiled electronic component includes: an electronic component body which includes a coil portion having a spiral structure and formed of an electrically conductive material, and electrically conductive connection portions arranged on both ends of the coil portion; and a pair of electrodes for respectively connecting the electrically conductive connection portions to assembly portions arranged on an assembly object. The electrode includes a pair of pinching pieces for pinching the electrically conductive connection portion, and the pair of pinching pieces is opened in a manner that the electrically conductive connection portion is received and fitted therebetween.
