Contact unit for a tap changer and a tap selector comprising the contact unit
Contact unit for a tap changer including a contact ring having a central axis, a plurality of fixed contacts arranged at a distance from the contact ring in different radial directions, and a moving contact arranged rotatable about the central axis of the contact ring and adapted to electrically connect the fixed contacts one at a time with the contact ring. The moving contact includes two elongated contact elements. Each of the contact elements includes a first contact area for providing electrical contact with the fixed contacts and a second contact area for providing electrical contact with the contact ring. The moving contact is designed so an electric path is formed between the first and second contact area. The first and second contact areas are positioned on opposite sides of a plane orthogonal to a longitudinal axis of the moving contact and including the central axis of the contact ring.
OPERATING DEVICE
An operating device includes: an operating section that rotates about a predetermined axis; and a shaft part to move integrally with the operating section. The shaft part has a first end and a second end projected in directions opposite from each other along the axis. A guide regulates movement of the shaft part in a radial direction. A first regulation part specifies a position of the shaft part in a thrust direction by contacting the first end of the shaft part. A second regulation part is press-contacted to the second end, such that the first end of the shaft part is made to contact the first regulation part. A locking part is arranged integrally with the second regulation part, and restricts the shaft part from separating from the guide, by contacting the second end.
Electrical switch and slider assembly therefor
A slider assembly is for an electrical switch having an upper housing. The slider assembly includes a slider mechanism structured to be disposed on an exterior surface of the upper housing and a shutter structured to be disposed in an interior of said upper housing and to be coupled to said slider mechanism. The shutter includes a number of biasing members structured to engage and apply a bias force against interior sidewalls of said upper housing, thereby creating a friction force associated with movement of said slider mechanism.
Rotational operation type switch
A rotational operation type switch includes a frame; a rotational operation button rotatably supported on the frame for rotational operation; a switching contact mechanism disposed below the operation button to face the operation button; and an operation mechanism disposed between the operation button and the switching contact mechanism, to switch the switching contact mechanism in conjunction with the rotational operation of the operation button. The switching contact mechanism includes a printed circuit board, a plurality of fixed contact electrodes disposed on the printed circuit board and spaced a predetermined distance away from each other, and a movable contact having a disc spring shape and disposed bridging between the plurality of fixed contact electrodes. The movable contact deforms to contact and separate from the fixed contact electrodes and switches an electrical connection between the fixed contact electrodes.
Electronic devices with component mounting structures
Electronic devices are provided that have components. A housing protrusion may be interposed between a display cover layer and display components. A button may have a button member. A support structure for a dome switch in the button may have a screw hole. A housing may have screw holes through which a screw passes. The screw may also pass through the screw hole of the support structure to hold the switch structure near the button member. A clip may have a spring. A metal plate may prevent the clip from becoming worn by the spring. A display may be mounted on a ledge in a device housing. The ledge may have gaps with supports and removed corners.
Button integration for an electronic device
This application relates to various button related embodiments for use with a portable electronic device. In some embodiments, a snap clip can be integrated with a button bracket to save space where two separate brackets would take up too much space in the portable electronic device. In other embodiments, a tactile switch can be waterproofed by welding a polymeric layer atop a tactile switch assembly. In this way water can be prevented from contacting moisture sensitive components of the tactile switch assembly. The weld joining the polymeric layer to the tactile switch can include at least one gap to trapped gas surrounding the tactile switch assembly to enter and exit during heat excursions caused by various operating and/or assembly operations.
EMERGENCY STOP
Emergency stop for a linear actuator system, which comprises a housing (13) and an activation button (12) adapted for activating a circuit breaker and where the activation button (12) has a neutral position and an emergency position. The emergency stop further comprises a spring (19) for spring-loading the activation button (12) for retaining the activation button (12) in the neutral position, a latching mechanism adapted for retaining the activation button (12) in the emergency position once it has entered this position, and a release mechanism adapted to unlatch the latching mechanism. The spring-loaded activation button (12) is pivotally connected to the housing (13) and arranged to pivot between the neutral position and the emergency position. The spring-loaded activation button (12) comprises an arm (26,27) having one end attached to the underside (24) of the spring-loaded activation button (12). The housing 13 comprises a wall piece (35,36) adapted for engaging a free end of the arm (26,27). The latching mechanism comprises a protruding part (61,62) on the arm (26,27) and a receiving part (39,40) on the wall piece (35,36), said protruding part (61,62) and said receiving part (39,40) being unlatched when the activation button (12) is in the neutral position and latched when the activation button (12) is in the emergency position. The release mechanism comprises a reactivation button (14,15) movable between a first and second position, said reactivation button (14,15) unlatches the latching mechanism by disengaging the protruding part (61,62) from the receiving part (39,40) when the reactivation button (14,15) is moved from the first position to the second position.
PUSH BUTTON DEVICE FOR ENDOSCOPE, AND ENDOSCOPE
