Disclosed herein an excimer discharge lamp that is capable of mitigating a stress concentration occurring due to a fixing method of an outer electrode, and achieving a desired life of lamp in an ensured manner. The excimer discharge lamp comprises: an arc tube for enclosing a luminous gas inside and having a sealing portion formed contiguous to, via a reduced diameter portion, one end of a tube shaped luminous portion; and an outer electrode of a net-like shape arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the art tube. The one end of the outer electrode being fixed via an outer electrode fixing member provided on an outer surface of the sealing portion.

A photosensor includes a vacuum tube having an inner space in which a photoelectron moves, a photocathode unit positioned at an upper portion of the vacuum tube to convert incident light incident from an outside into a photoelectron, a scintillator unit to react with the photoelectron to generate scintillation light, and a photomultiplier to convert the scintillation light into a photoelectron, and multiply the converted photoelectron to generate an electrical signal.

Sounding reference signal design

Methods and devices for assigning sounding reference signals (SRS) resources to UEs in a wireless communication network are provided. Configuration information is sent to a UE, the configuration information pertaining to a first sequence identifier (ID) to be used by the UE to generate a plurality of SRS sequences to be sent by the UE as at least part of a first SRS. Each SRS sequence of the plurality of SRS sequences is a function of a respective SRS sequence root that is a function of the first sequence ID. The first sequence ID may be a UE-specific sequence ID that is a function of a UE-specific ID associated with the UE, such as a Cell-Radio Network Temporary Identifier (C-RNTI).

Electrodeless gas discharge lamps and methods of making the same

In some embodiments, an electrodeless lamp may be provided. The lamp may include an outer tube and an inner tube. The inner tube may be sealed to the outer tube to define a sealed space in which a gas may be contained. The gas may be configured to emit electromagnetic radiation when an electromagnetic field is applied thereto.

Bonding Article

There is provided a bonding article comprising: an electrical insulating substrate; a first adhesion layer laminated on one surface of the electrical insulating substrate; and a second adhesion layer laminated on the other surface of the electrical insulating substrate. Both the first adhesion layer and the second adhesion layer include a low-melting-point lead-free glass containing vanadium oxide and tellurium oxide as chemical constituents and having a softening point of 360 C. or lower. And, when contours of the first adhesion layer, the electrical insulating substrate, and the second adhesion layer are projected parallel to one another along the lamination direction, the contour of the first adhesion layer is located inside the contour of the second adhesion layer.
