The latching element is configured for engaging with at least one counter-latching element of a second connector part. The locking pin includes a spring element configured for resiliently pressing the at least one latching element and the counter-piece against each other. The counter-piece is shaped and configured for pressing the at least one latching element in a radially outward direction and for positively locking the at least one latching element in an engaged position as soon as the at least one latching element is engaged with the at least one counter-latching element.

Articulation control mapping for a surgical instrument

A surgical instrument comprising a handle, a shaft rotatable relative to the handle, and an articulation joint rotatable relative to the shaft. The surgical instrument further comprises a motor-driven articulation system including articulation controls which are flipped by a control system of the surgical instrument when the shaft is rotated upside down relative to the handle.

CABLE CONNECTION SYSTEM

A cable connection system and a method of using the cable connection system. The cable connection system includes a base and a tube enveloping electrical cabling. The cabling is electrically connected to base connectors of the base. The base is configured to be physically and electrically connected to a rack. The base is at a fixed distance from the tube and is rotated around a center axis of the tube by a first angle within an angular range encompassing from more than zero degrees to less than 360 degrees.

Electrical contact

The invention relates to an electrical contact for an electrical plug connection, said contact having a flexible element between a connecting region fixed in a housing and a movable contact region. In the electrical contact, the movement of the contact region and/or the deformation of the flexible element in the direction of an axis extending parallel to the plugging direction of the contact region is/are limited. Such contacts are provided in particular in power sockets for motor vehicles for creating an electrical connection to a trailer.

Electrically connecting device, electrical connector, and mating connector

An electrically connecting device includes an electrical connector and a mating connector detachably connected to the electrical connector. The electrical connector includes an insulating base, a central terminal, an outer terminal, and a magnetic member, which are fixed in the insulating base. The outer terminal includes an annular contact having a center located at the central terminal. The mating connector includes an insulating body, a first terminal, a second terminal, and a mating magnetic member, which are fixed in the insulating body. When the electrical connector and the mating connector are relatively rotated along the central terminal in 360 degrees, the magnetic member and the mating magnetic member are configured to attract with each other to form an annularly magnetic region, so that the central terminal and the annular contact are maintained to respectively contact with the first terminal and the second terminal.

Shaft rotation actuator on a surgical instrument

A surgical instrument comprising a handle and a rotatable shaft is disclosed. The handle comprises a rotatable actuator configured to rotate the shaft. In various instances, the rotatable actuator is mounted to the handle in proximity to a grip of the handle so that a clinician can easily rotate the actuator while holding the handle. The direction in which the actuator is rotated corresponds to the direction in which the shaft is rotated.

QUICK CONNECT DEVICE WITH TRANSVERSE RELEASE
20220190518 · 2022-06-16 ·

A known quick connect electrical connector has plug which has a spindle through which a rod is passed. Metal balls are contained within the spindle and can be pushed radially outwardly by a widened portion of the rod to lock the spindle to a passage in a corresponding socket. To separate the plug and socket, the rod must be pushed to move the widened portion away from the balls. To accomplish this, a cam follower is attached to the rod. Slide supports are attached to the plug. A lever slides within the slide supports and has a cam surface which pushes the cam follower when the lever is slid within the slide supports. When the cam follower is pushed, it moves the rod to enable the metal balls to move radially inwards to release the plug from the socket.

Rotatable interface assembly for an electrical connector

A rotatable interface assembly for an electrical connector, an electrical connector, a connector system, and a method for coupling the system is presented herein. The rotatable interface assembly includes a connector component, having an electrical contact for electrically connecting electrical elements via a corresponding counter connector. The rotatable interface assembly further includes a base part and a rotatable part. The base part at least partially houses the connector component and has a securing means for being secured to a fixed counterpart. The rotatable part being configured to receive the corresponding counter connector at least partially under a specific angular orientation. The rotatable part is arranged on the base part, so as to be rotatable around a rotational axis relative to the base part. The rotatable part can be rotated around the rotational axis in a desired angular orientation that matches an orientation of a corresponding counter connector, to allow to receive the corresponding counter connector under different angular orientations, relative to the base part.

Modular lamp

The present invention discloses a modular lamp, including several modular units and lamp connectors, where the modular unit is a single lamp, and the lamp connector is configured to connect to the modular unit; and a male connector terminal on either side of each lamp connector is electrically plug-connected to a female connector terminal of one modular unit. In the present invention, female connector terminals connected to a power cable and a control cable are disposed on the modular unit, matched male connector terminals are disposed on the lamp connector, and the lamp connector is directly plug-connected to multiple modular units, so that the multiple modular units can be simultaneously physically and electrically connected to obtain the modular lamp. In this way, diversified lighting requirements can be met by adding different installation accessories to the modules. In addition, assembly operations can be completed by simply performing plugging and unplugging operations, without needing a professional to perform cable-connection and cable-routing between the modular units. Special scenario requirements such as good lighting effects and high ambient temperatures can be met by adjusting module power.
