STATOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING STATOR
A stator and a manufacturing method thereof is enabled to easily determine the quality of welding produced between conductors. The stator includes a stator core and a stator winding installed in the stator core. The stator winding is configured by including multiple flat conductor segments in which conductors 34 are coated with insulating films 35, respectively. At a leading end of each of the conductor segment, an exposed portion 33 is formed in which the conductor is exposed. At a coil end section of the stator winding, a pair of exposed portions of different conductor segments are joined together by laser welding. A collective conductor width in a joining direction in which exposed portions join with each other is smaller at a laser irradiation incidence side, which is a side of the exposed portions receiving laser irradiation than that at a side opposite to the laser irradiation incidence side.
Stator with dual jig arrangement
A stator for a rotary electric machine includes a stator coil configured such that a tip end of a conductor segment bent in a stator circumferential direction is joined to a tip end of another conductor segment in the same phase. A conductive material is exposed from the tip ends of the conductor segments, and a distance between the tip ends in different phases and adjacent to each other in the stator circumferential direction is larger than a distance between the tip ends in the same phase and adjacent to each other in the stator circumferential direction.
Method of manufacturing rotary electric machine armature
A method of manufacturing a rotary electric machine armature that includes a cylindrical armature core in which a plurality of slots that extend in an axial direction are disposed in a circumferential direction and a coil wound around the armature core, the slots having respective radial openings that open in a radial direction, and the coil being formed by joining a plurality of segment conductors to each other.
Motor
Provided is a motor capable of having an improved output while keeping the mechanical strength of the stator core. A motor includes: a stator including a stator core including an annular yoke having an outer part and an inner part and teeth extending inwardly from the inner part of the yoke, and a coil wound around the teeth; and a rotor rotatably disposed inside of the stator. The stator core includes the lamination of sheet members made of a soft magnetic material. Each sheet member has a binding part to bind the sheet members in the lamination at a first part corresponding to the outer part of the yoke. At least the binding part of the first part is made of an amorphous soft magnetic material. The sheet member has a second part other than the first part, and the second part is made of a nanocrystal soft magnetic material.
SQUIRREL-CAGE INDUCTION MOTOR, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SQUIRREL-CAGE INDUCTION MOTOR
Core slots are provided in an outer circumferential side of a rotor core and extend in an axial direction of a rotor shaft. A rotor conductor is a rod-shaped conductor inserted in each of the slots, and after insertion of the rotor conductor in each slot, a flared portion is formed flaring in a slot-transverse direction, and a propping-apart force occurring between the flared portion and both side wall surfaces of the slot fixes the rotor conductor to the slot. In an inner wall of an outer circumferential side of each slot abutting the flared portion, an unevenness is arranged along the axial direction of the rotor shaft.
Manufacturing method of stator
A manufacturing method of a stator according to the disclosure includes a clamping process of clamping, among coil ends of segment coils assembled into a stator core, a pair of coil ends adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction, by a clamp jig that presses the pair of coil ends in the circumferential direction, and a welding process of welding the coil ends exposed through an opening portion provided in the clamp jig. The clamp jig includes a pressuring structure that increases a pressing force in a direction away from weld faces of the coil ends welded in the welding process, the pressuring structure being provided on at least one of sideward pressing faces that come into contact with side faces of the coil ends that are provided orthogonal to the weld faces.
