One example apparatus includes an integrated circuit, an interposer, and a circuit board, at least a portion of the circuit board being disposed between the integrated circuit and the interposer, where the circuit board is configured to provide electrical connection between the interposer and the integrated circuit via connection elements on a first surface of the interposer. The apparatus also includes an interface on a second surface of the interposer, the interface being configured to provide signals from the integrated circuit to an electrical component.

Then, a first element is supplied through the metal oxide layer and the gate insulating layer to a region of the semiconductor layer that does not overlap with the gate electrode. Examples of the first element include phosphorus, boron, magnesium, aluminum, and silicon. The metal oxide layer may be processed after the first element is supplied to the semiconductor layer.

The light to heat conversion layer contains near infrared absorption particles and a binder component. The near infrared absorption particles are composite tungsten oxide microparticles wherein if the value for the XRD peak intensity of the face of a silicon powder standard sample (manufactured by NIST, 640c) is defined as 1, the value for the ratio of XRD peak top intensity is at least 0.13, and the light transmissivity is at least 45%.
