Heating cooker with safety device for microwave oven
A heating cooker for a microwave oven in which in a main body through which microwaves are transmitted, an upper portion of a metallic pan is closely coupled, and a heating sheet receiving the microwaves and generating heat and an insulating support are coupled in order onto an undersurface of the pan, the heating cooker including a safety device configured such that a silicone packing is provided in a section of the close coupling between the pan and the main body, and so that if internal pressure of the cooker rises abnormally, the silicone packing is decoupled from the main body so as to reduce the pressure.
COOKING APPLIANCE, AND COOKING CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF
A cooking control method of a cooking appliance comprises the following steps: acquiring a rice species identifier of rice to be cooked (S1); receiving cooking preference information of a user (S2); acquiring a corresponding rice species type according to the rice species identifier (S3); acquiring a corresponding cooking curve according to the cooking preference information and the rice species type (S4); and controlling the cooking appliance according to the cooking curve (S5). The cooking control method controls a cooking process according to user preference and the rice species type, thus greatly improving a cooking effect of the cooking appliance, and improving use satisfaction of the user. Also disclosed are a cooking appliance and cooking control device thereof.
Cookware pressure indicator
A microwave pressure cooker including safety interlock mechanisms. A blow vent is provided in cooker lid, and a lock bar is pivoted to cooker lid in a position to block blow vent when lock bar is resting under its own weight. Free end of lock bar includes a lock tab. Lock tab extends through slot at periphery of lid. Cooker base includes handle with a cam section ending in a lock wall. Cooker lid is placed on base in a release position and rotated to a locking position. During this rotation lock tab rides over cam section and then falls adjacent lock wall, thus sealing blow vent. After cooking cover is physically prevented from rotating back to release position by lock tab abutting lock wall. User must physically lift lock bar to unseal blow vent to ensure internal pressure is released. A spline may hold lock bar in raised position.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING COOKING
A cooking pot for pressure cooking or frying is disclosed, comprising a housing 122 accommodating a pan 112 to hold food items to be cooked, and one or more heating devices to heat the pan. A lid 102 covers the top side of the housing 122 and creates an enclosure 124 above the pan 112. The one or more heating devices include a microwaves generating device 202 located remote from the airtight enclosure 124. A microwave guide 210 is provided to transfer microwaves generated by the remotely located microwaves generating device 202 to the pan 112. A window 110 is provided for passage of the microwaves to the pan 112, and includes a microwave transparent material, which can withstand pressure in the enclosure 124 when the cooking pot is configured for pressure cooking. A flame stove 204 is provided below the pan 112 for direct heating of the pan 112.
