PAD WITH COVERING FILLED WITH PRODUCT TO BE EXTRACTED, ASSEMBLY OF A FIRST AND A SECOND PAD AND METHOD FOR PREPARING A SMALL OR LARGE AMOUNT OF BEVERAGE
A pad with a covering filled with product to be extracted and/or to be dissolved, wherein, in use, a fluid such as water is supplied under pressure to the pad, so that the fluid is pressed through the pad for obtaining a beverage which, thereupon, leaves the pad. The pad is provided with a spout opening for generating, with the spout opening, a jet of the beverage which leaves the pad for obtaining the fine bubble froth layer on the beverage with the aid of the beverage.
Ice-water dripping-rate adjuster for drip-type ice coffee maker
An ice-water dripping-rate adjuster for a drip-type ice coffee maker includes: a dripping valve having an upper valve member and a lower valve member, an upper coupling member secured with the upper valve member and having an ice-water container fixed on the upper coupling member for storing ice and ice water in the ice-water container, a lower coupling member rotatably engageable with the upper coupling member and secured with the lower valve member, with the lower coupling member having a coffee jug secured to the lower coupling member, whereby the ice water is downwardly dripped for adjusting its dripping rate by the dripping valve and is brewed through a ground coffee canister, which is mounted in an upper portion of the coffee jug, to make a drip ice coffee to be received in the jug.
Apparatus for measuring operating parameters of espresso coffee machines
Apparatus for measuring the operating parameters of espresso coffee machines, including: a filter-holder body configured to be associated with a water dispensing nozzle of an espresso coffee machine; said body internally defining a chamber for the passage of the water dispensed by said nozzle; a filling element arranged in said chamber and having a cavity for the passage of the water dispensed by the nozzle towards an outlet duct; a water outlet terminal element associated with said filter-holder body downstream of said chamber and defining said water outlet duct; and reading means for the water pressure and temperature values passing from the chamber to the outlet duct; said reading means include at least one pressure reading device operatively engaged with said water outlet terminal element and at least one temperature reading device operatively engaged at said cavity obtained in the filling element.
Apparatus and method for extracting Dutch coffee
The present invention relates to a method for extracting Dutch coffee and an apparatus thereof, and more particularly, to a method for extracting Dutch coffee, which can exactly control a speed of extraction of Dutch coffee and an amount of coffee to be extracted by supplying water during a predetermined time repeatedly at regular time intervals in each step, can always provide Dutch coffee of a constant concentration to consumers by uniformly distributing water to a filtering container, and can provide a rich aroma of Dutch coffee by collecting the aroma of Dutch coffee not to dissipate, and an apparatus thereof. The method for extracting Dutch coffee controls an amount of extracted coffee by setting an opening time of a valve mounted between a water tank and a filtering container, controls a speed of extraction by setting one cycle length, and mechanically controls a total speed of extraction by setting a total time, and the Dutch coffee extraction apparatus includes: an upper main body frame; a lower main body frame which is formed on a lower portion of the upper main body frame and has a width shorter than that of the upper main body frame; a side frame which connects the upper main body frame and the lower main body frame with each other; a water tank which is disposed inside the upper main body frame and has a cover provided on an upper portion thereof to store water therein; a filtering container which is disposed at both sides of the lower main body frame, is connected with the water tank via a nozzle to receive water from the water tank, and stores ground coffee thereon; an extracted liquid storage container which is disposed under the filtering container to store an extracted liquid thereon; and a digital operation unit which is formed on one side of the side frame.
Valve Regulated Beverage Brewer
The present invention is directed to a device for brewing beverages in which the rate of flow of brew liquid through a brewing media and filtration media is precisely and consistently controlled in an analog fashion.
The pad is provided with a spout opening for generating, with the spout opening, a jet of the beverage which leaves the pad for obtaining the fine bubble froth layer on the beverage wit the aid of the beverage.
Filter holder for beverage producing machines
A filter holder including a housing with a bottom and an aperture through the bottom; a valve with a stopper for opening and closing the aperture, the stopper supported by a pivoting arm and biased towards a closed position; a cam arranged between the bottom and the pivoting arm, and having a cam profile co-acting with the pivoting arm, and being biased towards a first position wherein the cam profile prevents closing of the stopper and having a second position wherein the cam profile allows closing of the stopper; a slider which co-acts with the cam to move the cam from the first position towards the second position. The slider is biased in an inactive position and is moved towards an active position by co-action with a locking ring whereto the filter holder is attached. The slider when moved towards the active position pushes the cam towards the second position.
Valve Regulated Beverage Brewer
The present invention is directed to a device for brewing beverages in which the rate of flow of brew liquid through a brewing media and filtration media is precisely and consistently controlled in an analog fashion.
COFFEE BREWING CUP STRUCTURE WITH EXPANDABLE FILTER
The present invention provides a coffee brewing cup structure with an expandable filter. The coffee brewing cup structure comprises: a cup wall; and a substrate which is bonded to the inner side of the cup wall and is a filter. The filter has at least one expandable folded unit. With the implementation of the present invention, when the coffee is brewed, the contact area of water with coffee and the flow rate of brewing can be increased, and the quality and efficiency of brewing can be enhanced.
Coffee maker
A coffee maker with continuously adjustable water flow rate, continuously adjustable feedback-controlled water temperature, and low thermal mass allows baristas to experiment with and digitally program and/or record different flow-rate and temperature profiles (brewing profiles) over the course of brewing a cup or batch of coffee. Brewing profiles may be recorded on one machine and reproduced (played back) on another machine, allowing reproducibility of subtle flavor variations in brewed coffee.
